My co worker and I have been on a job in Fishers for a few weeks now and eat here every day for lunch. Inside is always cold, staff is always kind to us, food always tastes great. Poor experience, filed complaint online. GM contacted me 2 days later to tell me I was wrong, he had the right to refuse to sell a menu item (they were ‘nearly’ out of stock) and continue to cut me off while I was trying to explain that his staff was rude, dismissive and ultimately wouldn’t accept my order. JJ should really vet their managers/ face of their franchise better.

This Jimmy Johns is garbage. Every time I go there it gets worse. I went in the drive thru, I was the only car, there was one family inside and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food. Jessie was the manager on duty. Not one employee came to the window to let me know my food was coming or to apologize for the wait. Instead they all stood inside in their phones. One lady looked at me and could tell I was upset and just walked by. Horrible service

This is probably been the worst Jimmy John’s that I’ve ever been to. Freaky slow through the drive-thru!!! over 20 minute wait and very rude service. When I got up to the window wasn’t even acknowledged they grabbed my credit card. They didn’t say two words to me. Answered the drive thru speaker ‘Jimmy John’. To top it all off the food wasn’t even good. the bread was hard as a rock might as well been cardboard. Had to be 2-3 day old bread . Reached out to corporate regarding my experience and never even heard back from the restaurant. Super disappointed

Food was good but we waited for 30 min in the drive through, they ran out of french bread and couldn’t make all of the sandwiches as ordered (let us know about 15 min into our wait). I know stuff happens but french bread seems like a key component to JJ sandwiches. The family and I might try again when we aren’t expecting a freaky fast sandwich.

Not good. EVERYTIME, without fail, that I have been through the drive through something is wrong. Forget the chips, forget the pickle, wrong drink, no straw. Today I got someone else’s order. Food has never been bad, but there is zero attention to order detail and customer satisfaction. The only reason I go back is I like JJs sandwiches and to give this location a chance to improve.

This guy was right on the food with no mask, and continued to be after I voiced my concern. I wasn’t able to get a picture of him handling food without gloves , but he was. If you are at all concerned about the virus I do not recommend this place. This was all in broad day light like no big deal. Virus or not He has no business that close to the food station.

The best sub in town: spicy east coast Italian, I ordered a roast beef little John but when I picked up my order and took it home they made my a veggie little john, I wasn’t going to complain because the sandwich they made me was very good. However, that wasn’t the sandwich I ordered. I still love you all food. **update** I went to my favorite joint to pick up some sandwiches, this is the problem. I ordered my sandwich with mustard, but I didn’t get it they put the mustard on my wife’s sandwich. Every time we come here something is out of place or missing, while I like your food. If you tell us to pick what we want and we do that then you make the sandwich however you guys want to, it defeats the purpose of us choosing what we want. I’m not sure if you are rushing, not following instructions or you all don’t care, I have tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but you keep messing orders up and maybe I should take my business somewhere else. We pay money to get our food made the way we want it not how you guys feel like making it. I enjoy the taste of your food if you could follow directions this could be so much more enjoyable.
