There was no line at 5:30 PM and I was in and out in 5 minutes through the drive through. Food was hot and fresh, I told the lady at the window they were doing a great job and she was very genuine and grateful for the compliment. 100/100 best drive through experience I’ve had in 20 years.

If I could I would give this store zero stars. They are so rude it’s not even funny. They messed up my husband and I’s order and made it seem like my husband and I was crazy for asking them to fix the issue. We will never go back to this Wendy’s. I also think it had to do with my husband and I being a different color than they were it’s ridiculous. What happen to simple customer service?

The people were nice. The breakfast was absolutely garbage. French toast sticks were burnt yet soggy flopping around like little limp pieces of beef jerky, seasoned fries were room temperature at best and greasy and the bottoms of the biscuits were hard like they cooked it 3 days ago and it sat on the counter waiting to be called upon. I’ve heard a lot of people talk about Wendy’s breakfast being “so good”….. maybe I just went at a bad time or to a location that doesn’t care about the quality of their food, but either way….GROSS!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went through the drive thru on 4/24 and you can tell there is no manager working, if there was I would reconsider who I hire as a manager. 2 cars in front of me, along with myself, couldn’t order without an employee getting on the head set and messing around while another employee was trying to talk. Get to the window and the employee that was messing around put the headset back and started laughing looking us dead in the face. Finally get to pay and they were coincidentally out of 2 of the things I ordered. Mind you, I already had ordered so if they were truly out then why not say that at the beginning. I drove off and canceled the order then they wanted to start cussing and making noises. This location has gone down hill tremendously. I’m highly encourage a manager be on site at all times.

Something needs to give. Poor service, long waits, and food is terrible all because the manager doesn’t enforce the cell phone policy. If there isn’t one, there should be one in place. Kids, employees not wearing gloves while preparing food, touch phones, and garbage. It just a matter of time before they get someone sick. They are going to kill someone with the chili. It is not stored or served at the right temperature. Sometimes, it tastes watered down. Yuk. Olive Branch folks would like to get corporate involved. Olive Branch deserves better.

I ordered a taco salad and a Cobb salad. The Cobb salad didn’t have the bacon or the crispy onions! It just never fails. If you don’t check your food order, though it bothers the person working the window, your order won’t be right. I didn’t check my order today, got home, and totally disappointed. The mean wasn’t exactly filling since it was missing fried onions and a main ingredient, meat, that sticks to you. I’ll have to remember to hold up the line in the future to check my order.

I ordered 3, 5 for 5s. It took 20 minutes to get this order. Some of the same people that were there before as we walked in, were still waiting on their order in their drive-thru when we left. If you want fast service in this area I would definitely go elsewhere. But if you have the extra time it was good the cooks everyone seem to be doing their job I’m not sure what took so long there was only one other person besides me on the inside and only about six cars on the outside. I think it was more about them losing orders.

Went to this Wendy’s across the street from our hotel stay May 26th on Friday waiting in drive through for at least 20 minutes.I had never been so disrespected in a drive through before you pull up some short light skinned young lady says wait,what do you want,she said she was doing something and we have to wait,video tape us, because we let her know that is not how you talk to people,when all we wanted to do was order food I guess cuss out people is on the menu too.All we ordered was a number 1 combo with a strawberry frosty…very sad customer have to go through that.. shameful
