Place wasn’t too busy when we got there. Service was good. Server was attentive with checking in but not over overwhelming. We got the unlimited boneless wings. They have it on the menu but in case you miss it. Place your first order of the unlimited boneless wings for the flavor you really like. For your refills your going to get a much smaller plate with about 4-5 boneless wings. On the up side fries come with every refill of you want.

Went closer to closing and the restaurant was mostly empty except near the bar. Was was average food, but the waitress was nice. The meals seemed to take a little bit too much time for the number of people ordering food. I would go agaim, but I would also check out other places in the area.

The only thing that I found a little annoying were 2 people sitting on either side of the bar having a loud conversation. As far as the restaurant itself we were happy with. We’ll see you again.

I’ve been coming here with my family since we moved to the area 8 years ago. They always do a great job and the staff are always friendly! A majority of the crew have been here for years which says a lot. Management always on site and present and quick to address any issues or concerns with their patrons. Highly recommend!!

My daughter placed an order online. Went to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready. Was told she never placed an order. She showed them the online order and credit card receipt. She was told that she would have to go home and call the manager. She came home and did. The manager told her she would have to take it up with her credit card company and hung up on her. Her mother called back and got a different person that said her order was in fact there and she could come pick it up. My daughter went back to the restaurant and picked up our cold meals. She asked and was told they wouldn’t replace them. They had sat out for 45 minutes at this point. The food was awful.

A female waitress received us, and then we were switched to a male one after we were seated. I asked to turn on the TV, but he declined, saying it was not working. They were not doing enough for our well-being except that the waiter kept asking if we needed anything more in the order. The food was good, but the smoothies were horrible. Way too sweet and unappetizing. The worst drink I have ever had in a restaurant, period. That, combined with the “lack of desire of the waiter and waitress to fulfill our needs,” gives this restaurant an okay 3-star.

I come here almost every week or every other week, it’s always great service while I’m there. As soon as Blue sees us (I think her real name is Courtney.. we call her blue) she immediately comes over with our drinks we always get. We normally order the same food so she doubles checks with us to make sure we’re getting what we normally get, she remembers us, she remembers our drinks and our food. She chit chats with us especially my daughter. My daughter loves when she’s in blue’s section! We also love when sandy is the manager she’s funny, she keeps us entertained. We always leave with a smile on our face, our bellies full, and entertained for the rest of the day! We love Mansfield applebees especially because of blue.

Amazing food but questionable service. Our server forgot to come back to our table multiple times and a family member had to ask four times for a box and a bag for us to leave. Loved the food, the salmon was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were delicious, but definitely work on getting more attentive with your customers!
