We have come here plenty of times before. Usually without an issue. The staff is friendly and usually do a good job with our orders. Tonight was the first time that I can remember we had a problem. My wife and I ordered a whole ham and cheese, no tomato, no onion, just mayo, lettuce and herbs. We also ordered a half chicken cheddar deluxe with no tomato or onion. We took the subs home and when we went to eat our subs we looked and the lettuce on both subs was brown. We were both disgusted and I decided to return both subs. I drove back to cousins and when I got back I informed them that I would like to have new subs made since the lettuce was brown on our subs and have our money refunded because I felt that this was unacceptable. The assistant manager came over, I wish I had gotten her name, and said without hesitation that is no problem and she was sorry for the inconvenience. She also informed me that it would take a little bit to remake the subs and refunded my money and offered me a drink. I would give the assistant manager at least four stars because she handled it so well. The subs that they remade us were perfect. The employees may have screwed up tonight but the assistant manager and the other employee who helped her righted their wrong and kept me a customer.

Restaurant is clean, food is fine like any other cousins. Service is pathetically slow. I regularly order from the mobile app, and every single time I come to pick up my food it is no less than 10 minutes late, even in a completely empty store with 3 people working in the kitchen. Cashier even tried to give me another person’s order along with my own. I’d hate to have to go here when it’s busy because these employees heads would probably be spinning trying to keep up with more than one order at a time.

Call in to place a pick up order. The guy didn’t know how to have me pay over the phone at first, got it figured out, no big deal. Then 15 minutes later showed up for my order. Said it was still going to be a “while”. Another 10 minutes goes by they then ask me if I’ve been helped!!?? At that moment they find my ticket and tell me it has not even been made yet…… what an absolute waste of 45 minutes. Almost no one in the store during this fiasco. Just when you think it doesn’t get any worse than that. Get home to find they left everything on the subs. What’s the point of asking to keep toppings off?

I’m honestly not the one to complain but I’ve been having continuous problems with my orders from this branch! my past three orders have been short an order of fries and my sub literally had steak on only one half of the sub and barely any steak on it, and tastes horrible!!! I definitely recommend a different branch or a different restaurant because they just lost this loyal customer that use to order 3 to 4 times a week! Sorry cousins but you are no longer family

Stated clearly 3-4 times that I needed my food to be gluten and wheat free because of my allergy. Said ok but watched someone else make them together and gave them to me without telling me. Now I am sick.

A great cousins and a great location, with a very friendly staff who seem to be very experienced in their craft of forming sandwiches. They were quick and efficient, and made sandwiches that were well put together well proportioned and cooked appropriately and well done. None of the meat was undercooked and all of the produce seemed fresh and appropriately prepared. The prices were Fair and the combos were Fair and last but not least they had several TVs and tables that were clean MTV’s that you could watch while you were waiting for your food to be done. It’s now become one of my favorite cousins to attend.

This one is pretty competent. We go to a variety of cousins and go about once a week pending on where the coupons are valid since we live in between a bunch. This one consistently gets the order correct, are polite and efficient. Cousins most always produces a solid, tasty product and has the best fries and mayo!

I’ve gone here plenty of times and they were for the most point but this time was bad. Went and got two subs15inch subs , first they gave us only gave us one 7.5 sub and then 15inches. Which whatever we all make mistakes and then it turns out it wasn’t even a sub that we ordered so they swapped it out for the 15inch sub that we ordered, and they still ended up messing up one of our sub. Otherwise it’s usually good service. Maybe someone was just training? Seems like the staff is very confused on the orders.
