Don’t order from here.. terrible experience. Ordered a bacon melt, received this. The burger meat itself was cold, no onions, very little sauce, literally soft bread not even slightly toasted. I only asked that they remake my sandwich for me to actually be able to eat considering it’s a very expensive meal. They apologized and claimed that “the toaster either toasts it too little or too much that they always have issues with it” this sandwich was not even SLIGHTLY toasted. And she knew that as she took it to the back & I heard employees laughing that it wasn’t toasted at all.. It was just a weak excuse & to not offer a refund or something was also an issue. Terrible management.. I got it remade, correctly just would have appreciated taking some responsibility for the laziness. & also would have appreciated some type of refund or coupons or something as an apology as most companies do when they are at fault..

Went inside to order food to go. All employees looked at us standing by the counter. Waited another 10 minutes to be waited on. Let me stress not a single person was inside. Finally a girl comes over to the counter….oh what a friendly person. NOT! Ordered food, a chocolate shake (large) was told they don’t have large only medium….the cup was more like a small. Fries were over done. Staff needs to be friendlier and should ha e more people working for a Friday evening. We were handed our food and they couldn’t even say thank you or have a good night. Manners! Staff needs major training.

I stopped by for a quick bite to eat, first time in quite a while & it will be a long time before I stop there again. Ordered a whopper jr with cheese around 530pm and it was ICE COLD! Figured since I had to wait at the drive thru for some time that at least the food would be fresh , but I was WRONG! I’ll stick to other places thank you very much!

Every time I come here my order is always wrong. I’m Today I went and my order was wrong as usual, then they look at me as if I’m the one who messed up when clearly it says it clear as day what my order is. To the GM, focus on your team communicating and reading the screens when the order is sent. Micro managing is definitely needed at this place. Check your food before leaving the store bc I guarantee your order will be wrong.

Ordered an egg, cheese and sausage on a croissant. They told me they were “out of eggs” and did I want the sandwich with just the cheese and sausage. I told them to cancel the order. They were unable to because I had ordered on the app. It seems they need a better system.

The WORSE Burger King ever! I went through the drive through 4/21/23 to order my dinner. I was told to pull up & they would bring my order out to me. I waited a long time for my order. When I finally received my order it was ICE COLD. The fries looked old as they did not look freshly made and they were cold. My Impossible Whopper was cold, and the Impossible burger had an odor to it like it had been pre-made and was left sitting around. I felt unsafe eating this food, so I threw the whole meal away as I didn’t want to get sick. I want to speak to the franchise owner of this Burger King location. I want a full refund of my money, as the food was not edible. If I had been a secret shopper Friday night, the Tamaqua Burger King would have failed no questions asked.

This BK is kept nicer than some I could mention, but their employees tend to rush orders or miss instructions when the crowds start packing-in. Be sure to go over each detail different from the menu default or they WILL miss something
