Tried an Americana roast beef sandwich. There’s lettuce, tomato, onions & cheese on it, not sure what sort of sauce is on there, but that sandwich is not for me. But the service, as usual, is awesome. Also they don’t have fish burgers anymore. *sad face*

We did an online order to pickup but decided to eat in due to the weather. The staff was incredibly friendly, interacting with us and talking to us. They even brought items directly to our table. We made sure to show our appreciation by ringing the bell.

This location was pretty clean and the employees were friendly but they completely forgot about making our order so we ended up having to take our food to-go after reminding them. I am only frustrated because there was no line in the lobby or in drive-thru for them to be so distracted they forgot.

I didn’t expect much as far as the culinary experience goes… but the staff was just downright checked out. The majority of them were standing around talking while the guy who helped us at the window was obviously inconvenienced by our order as it took him away from the conversation he was having with his buddies. Top it all off with a messed up order.

I am leaving the one star not for the food, but for the experience we had tonight. My boyfriend and I never eat Arby’s, but we decided to go out on a limb tonight. I got the French dip combo, and him a chicken sandwich combo. When we got home, we discovered the dip for my sandwich was not in the bag. My boyfriend drove back across town to go pick it up, through the drive thru. He was handed a bag with some sort of pastry in it. We had ONE thing we needed, my DIP. And we got a pastry. He went back through again and was made to pay the 50 cent upcharge again. Not much to pay but as someone who also works in customer service this is unacceptable customer service if I’ve ever seen it. We live about 25 minutes away and spent nearly an hour trying to fix this dip cup fiasco.
