I wish I could give no stars. This place has gone gone down hill. One time I tried to order a slices and sticks and they said they didn’t do that. Next time I ordered it online and it wasn’t cooked throughly. When I went to pick up the order the employees were making out and didn’t acknowledge me since I went to the portal. This time I had to get a hot and ready because their online ordering isn’t available anymore, I tried to get the stuffed cheese sticks and would have to wait 20 mins. Over all the pizza has been trash. It tasted old and no number was circled to let you know how long its been there. WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY THERE AGAIN. Domino’s is right down the street lol

Manager Joe refused to give me a refund for wings I did not receive due to them NOT having buffalo sauce.–My husband purchased an order of wings and two pizzas online. I went to pick up the food and while I was waiting the male employee asked me if I wanted BBQ or plain wings because they ran out of buffalo sauce. Knowing my son, whom the wings were purchased for, would not want any other flavor, I said, “Neither, I’ll just get a refund.” The male employee said he couldn’t do that because he would have to refund the whole amount….to make this short for whoever reads this….all I have to say is that the male employee, who did not have very good communication or customer service skills was the manager. He refused to refund me the $8.50 I paid for wings. He continued to say that he could only refund me the whole amount of the bill. I explained to him that I wanted the pizzas I already paid for, I just wanted to get refunded for the wings I was NOT receiving. When he refused to refund me, I suggested he give me credit on a Little Caesar’s gift card (there was a stack of them on the register), he once again said he couldn’t do that either!!! That’s when I asked to speak to the manager and I couldn’t believe it when he said that he was the manager!!! Horrible customer service skills because I was the one trying to find a solution to this situation. Manager Joe needs better training on how to provide solutions to paying customers who are very patient with his lack of leadership and management skills!!!!! I left without wings and without getting refunded!!!!!!

Okay we tried to order the up to you three toppings for $7.99 online. We tried three times and it wouldn’t work it wouldn’t apply the discount. I called the shop they said they would do the pizzas for $7.49 each for the three toppings, when I got to the store the whole order was $30 and some change. I spoke to the guy and he said, no we don’t do them in the store. I said well we wanted to do it online but it wouldn’t let us. His reply was, oh I’m really sorry madam. Then I’m watching the girl make pizzas, she didn’t even have gloves on. She’s picking up all the meat and the cheese and putting it on the pizzas with no gloves on. I’m very disappointed with this with the store. The only good thing is the pizza’s were hot!!

I usually have patience with fast food/ restaurants because I can sympathize. People can be pretty rude. My experience with the employees at this location was unfortunate. I placed an order on the app, came in and the gentleman cashier interrupted me a few times. I can shake that off. As I waited a little more in my vehicle, I noticed another young lady sitting on the counter near where the flour was prepped. Now, is there no break room to have a seat? I was hobestly disgusted.

Employee didn’t let me finish my order before telling me how much it was going to be. Didn’t have any wings whatsoever. And as always for the cheesy bread it’s either they don’t have any or it’s almost a 30 minute wait. But the pizza was good.

USE THE APP! I can not stress this enough. There’s always codes for discounts or free soda. When using the app you place your order, pay, show up, WALK PAST THE LINE TO THE MACHINE PICTURED BELOW, enter the code they provided to you at check out, and walk out. Simple as that. I spent less then a minute in the store itself.

Oredered online but couldn’t get delivery option. Got error message. Called store to inquire. Was told they didnt have drivers. Fine. Went to pick up in store. Pizza was not ready. Was told they were behind on orders because they were short staffed. It was memorial weekend…they did not anticipate getting slammed?. After waiting additional 18 minutes my order came up. It was of course wrong. My simple pepperoni extra cheese was a supreme with every topping imaginable. Another 10 minutes to get my order right. No apologies just “here you go.” Horrible service. Horrible customer service.
