First time leaving a Chipotle google review. I am hoping management is taking care of things after reading some reviews, because my experience was great. Staff was friendly and polite, I was greeted by a nice girl and the cashier was even nicer, portions were good, restaurant was clean, food looked fresh and tasted really good. First time in any chipotle locations I’ve been that I get my steak well cooked without the raw flavor. Keep up the good work! I was very satisfied. Thank you!

Nice staff but the location was seriously on the grosser side of Chipotles. On the line, food items was melded into other food items. This is problematic especially if an individual has a food allergy. I ordered a bowl and was turned off by the haphazard appearance of the line. Tomatoes and cilantro were in the sour cream, corn was in the tomatoes, etc. It takes no time to clean up.

I’ve gotten sick both times I’ve ever ate here. I thought the first time was maybe a fluke but I am not giving it a third try. Got two different bowls on the two trips. Only ate less than half each time so I know it’s not related to overeating.

Ordered on app. Went to pick it up and they were closing early and said they cancelled it. Never got my money refunded. Over $50. Not happy. An update. After a week and a few complaints they refunded my card… but not the tip.

They had no lids for the cups or even ice for the drinks they also skimped us out on the bowl they were not even half way filled for $18 that’s ridiculous.!!

Customer service must be a lost art. I walked in & was one of two patrons in the establishment. Of the four staff members, not one greeted me & the guy at the register must have been having a bad day because his demeanor was so unpleasant.

Let me start by saying i frequent a number of chipotle restaurants in my area. I typically order a bowl with chicken, brown rice, pinto beans and sour cream. I’ve never had an issue with any of my experiences prior to eating at this restaurant. Here’s what went wrong. First off, the person who greeted me seemed annoyed and kinda hostile from the beginning of the experience. Short skinny mexican girl, no glasses, didnt catch her name. I gave her my order and she pretty much shorted me on every part, especially the meat. When she added the chicken, she filled the portion spoon about half and that was all she gave me. I asked for some pork hoping it would compensate, and she grabbed one piece of pork with the tongs and that was all she gave me. (There was plenty of food and i was the only person in line) I really wasn’t trying to make a scene about it but i’m really upset with the experience and the fact that i paid almost $9 for a half empty bowl of food, when i typically get the entire dish filled without having to say anything. Pic below for reference of the food i got this time around. Also the girl at the cash register was nice but it didn’t make up for it. Order was placed around 4 pm.

Figure it Out
Extra lettuce on the left, regular on the right…. what a joke. If you live in Fort Worth, make the extra 8 minute drive to the BRYANT IRVIN location. I pick up food for lunch or dinner maybe once a week and this is exactly why… food bad, service even worse

Placed 2 online orders. Each order was a completely different selection. Both orders were made exactly the the same. My order was requested without several items that I do not like. It was received with everything I DO NOT like and did not request and missing almost everything I requested. However, the label that was placed on the my order and the receipt was exactly what I ordered. The receipt was correct but the order was completely wrong. It was discussing and I threw it away and did not have anything to eat for lunch. Time and money WASTED.

Want to order at the store? Lines are long and service is slow. Order online for pickup? This store consistently misses “promised by” times by 10-20 minutes. Even worse, I have food allergies and they CONSISTENTLY get my order wrong (completely wrong food placed in the pick-up bag). Could I open each burrito and inspect the innards while in the store? Sure…but why go through that trouble. Three strikes and you’re out, never eating at this location again.
