Jay provided excellent and accurate service. The dining room was dirty when we arrived and for the 25 minutes we ate in the dining room no one cleaned up any of the dirty tables.

Dining room was absolutely filthy. Not a single clean table. Trash and used trays overflowing everywhere. The manager even asked who was supposed to be taking care of the dining room. You’re the manager- isn’t it up to YOU to decide who does what? Seems like they are jus not letting the crew call the shots. One team member did offer to take care of it, but all she did was stock soda lids. Didn’t clean anything. The cashier at the front counter clearly did not get any training and was having to wait for someone to come help her every 20 seconds. Most of the staff seemed stress and somewhat argumentative with each other.

Why is it new staff At their first time ever working, always seems to think that they know more than the customer who’s been Eating Burger King for over 50 years. First thing to tell me that the breakfast Sandwich are always Microwave. I always ask for it to be microwave because at times you get cold cheese, I like my meals hot. Also, the ice vanilla coffee never Taste like vanilla. I circle my car Back around from the main street because my Vanilla ice coffee was just coffee

This new location is nice, the staff needs more training, they’re very slow even when it’s not busy. Friendlier service would be nice to, as well as more pride when preparing food. Pay attention to details! “You want more money per hour? Prove your worth!”

Went to get breakfast, did drive through because they weren’t open yet. Did the order the young lady that took the order was nice. But I ordered 2 ultimate platters and of course got home and was missing the biscuits and the hash browns with both platters. They need to get it together, new store you would think it would be better but nope. They new new management etc. to get this place to be better.

Slooooooow service even before changing buildings , then to top it off they have 2 lanes, for what reason , I dont know cause the other ones always CLOSED, the problem is you have cars coming in from 2 diff angles and the ppl behind cant tell its closed causing unnecesary traffic issues . If u go here have a lot of patience cause THEY LITERALLY ATTEND ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME

The worst Burger King ever. I thought cause it just opened a bit back that it would be better wrong! Service in drive thru was sooo slow. I waited 20 minutes in lane 2. They were pushing lane 1 customers thru but not waiting on lane 2. Would have backed up n left if there hadn’t been cars behind me. Finally got to pay window and I voiced my opinion on waiting 20 minutes. The girl looks at me laughs n says oh my bad n that was it. Are you freaking kidding me. Got the food n it was horrible and it wasn’t even the right things I ordered. I will never go back there again!

The young woman attendant was very pleasant to the people in the truck in front of me. I sat there and listened to them talk as I patiently waited. When it was my turn, she shoved the bag in my face and kept talking on her Bluetooth. I asked for ranch dressing, and she was very annoyed by my request. I didn’t say or do ANYTHING to annoy her! All I can say is, does your company like to make fun of senior citizens who were friendly to your staff???

Had an absolutely awful experience with one of the lady’s working on Saturday around 3 she was extremely rude and messed my order up completely. Everytime I’ve gone to this location my food has been wrong and it takes forever when there us plenty of Staff absolutely ridiculous
