My husband and I went to this Krystal’s on Florence Blvd today. Walked in and was reading the menu while we were deciding on what to order we were also observing the 3 employees we saw. The guy in the back was working . The 2 women up front was walking back and forth to the drive through window which no one was at . Not to mention a young boy was in the dining room ” one of the women’s children ” running around eating a corn dog and walked in front of us and placed it on the counter and walked off. We still waited a few more minutes thinking they would acknowledge us as paying customers but no, not even a we’re sorry it’ll be just a minute. So we walked out after waiting at least 10 minutes or more . I’m usually not one to complain but the place was a mess. We were the only customers there and were treated this way. My suggestion is to train your employees to be courteous, nice, well groomed and have your resturaunt in shape , ready to serve paying customers. We have been to this restaurant a few times and these employees act like they just hate their jobs and are so miserable. I think you as CEOs or managers need to do a total makeover inside starting with new staff and for the love of God fix the parking lot. Needless to say we will not be back , nor will our friends and family.

The parking lot is horrible!!! The employees at the drive thru are hostile and I literally thought this girl was gonna hit me. We ended up throwing out our food after waiting for 20 minutes. We were honest to God scared they’d poison our food and when we got home just was like no I’m throwing it away. They wouldn’t have given us our money back anyway. I swear the girl working the window like I was afraid she might pull a gun and shoot me. I wasn’t even being a problem customer. She was just so aggressive and mean. No name tag or anything. She was tall and kinda a big girl. She just didn’t seem okay mentally at all like she was severely mentally ill like one of the scary psychopathic type. The manager working with her was extremely rude too. She was a short lady and very thin. I just had an overall eerie feeling. My husband just said go ahead and pay he was scared too so we were just trying to play it cool. We will never ever be back. I’d never had an experience quite like this. It was horrifying and I still can’t believe how rude they were and the cashier was so hostile. I am not over exaggerating any of this. This was in March. I really really hope things have changed by now. I worked here many years ago and could of not gotten away with this. That was 25 years ago though when people actually appreciated their jobs and for the most part treated the customers right.

They are understaffed, but they let you know if it will take longer than normal. The staff there is very hard working and courteous even when they are not treated respectfully. Food is always on point.

Krystal has priced itself out of business in my opinion. Got 12 krystals one fries and two little apple turnovers. The cost was $27.50. Started to drive off. Could have went and had a good steak dinner for this. BUT WILL NOT BE BACK AT KRYSTAL!

This Krystal has been bought out and they are already doing cosmetics to the building and lot. The new GM will be assuming his position on Tuesday May 23rd. He has already looked at these reviews and will assure you that it will be an awesome place to eat and visit. They are now hiring to ensure that they are staffed to be able to open the lobby. The only time the lobby will be closed is due to being understaffed which we are working on this at this time.

Food is good but they have terrible employees and parking lot is awful we got overcharged for a sackful of cheese Krystals they charged us 30 dollars we tried telling the girl she overcharged but she wouldn’t change the price terrible experience won’t be back
