Food was okay, but one of the working staff cassie was very inappropriate, and made my expirence very unpleasant. And made my partner uncomfortable and has been for awhile to the point she doesnt like going inside. I’d say grab your food and get out. Hope your experience is better than mine don’t think ill be going back.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Severely disappointed. About a week ago, we pulled up and the store was closed (totally fine), so then we went up to the window. Upon ordering our subs and pulling up to the window we were harassed by an older worker. My wife and I were appalled. We did not end up getting our sandwiches.

My foot long, double tuna with a large diet coke cost me just over $16.00 with tax. The restaurant was clean, friendly service. Bathrooms were clean. I know we have inflation going on, but I guess I was not prepared for that sort of price hike. The foot long did fill me up. I perhaps could have gone with a 6 inch, but I was very hungry. When I asked about the rumor of any menu changes happening, they said that they expect some menu changes in about a month or so. When I come back, I need to review the menu more closely. I paid at a fancy restaurant $14.00 plus tax for a walleye sandwich and seasoned fries. It just seemed a bit excessive, but the tuna was real! The tuna sandwich was very good.

Orders are never right, awhile back they doubled my order by accident. Wouldn’t return my money, but they wanted the subs back. Told them I’d give them the food once I get my money back. They never responded. it was a big order by the way. $70 gone from that day.

It’s very rare that I have a good experience at this subway. Most times it’s extremely slow and very very awkward with the staff. The stickers on the windows make it very difficult to see your food and topping options.

If you order subs through the app. They will charge your card and not make the subs claiming they never got the order and can’t pay you back for the charge on your card. Or, on the flip side they will charge you twice for one order and claim they can’t pay you back. Corporate does not call back when you ask for a refund. I wish I could put 0 stars. Buyers beware.
