This Italian fusion restaurant in the suburbs of Salt Lake City is quite amazing! Staff is very accommodating, long-suffering, and friendly. I did not see them turn away any guests for attire, even though you’ll want to wear something appropriate, mildly sexy/adventurous, and sufficiently special for this level of dining.

During a girls trip we walked over to Stanza Italian Bistro for dinner from the Encore apartments where we had an Airbnb. We all enjoyed absolutely amazing food! The cocktails were delicious as well. We dined on the patio and it was so nice. There was an outdoor fireplace and it was very pleasant to dine outside. The wait staff took great care of us. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dylan my server picked my dinner and Appetizer and also the wine with it. My appetizer could’ve been cooked a little bit better on the shrimp I’m not into octopus but it’s OK at least I enjoyed my meal the atmosphere and the personnel. As my 1st time being here as always when I do the surprise of letting them choose my meal always good and great.

This place is wonderful – drinks are unique and tasty, the stonefruit burrata was perfect for a warm night, and the chive butter with the dinner rolls was terrific. Our pasta was incredible!

Wonderful restaurant! There isn’t anything I’d want to improve. Our server, Abby, was fantastic, along with the rest of the staff. Had the Harvest Salad, which was a great mix of flavors. Loved the apples and cheese on the salad. The entree was the Agnolotti di Granchio. Incredible seafood dish. The tomatoes and asparagus were a great flavor contrast with the seafood and the sauce. The ricotta stuffed pasta was delicious. Excellent setting. Excellent service. Excellent food!

One of the best Italian restaurants in town. Located in super walkable Central Downtown with a few parking spots tucked away in the back. They offer super dreamy specialty menus for holidays like Valentines day and Mothers day. They also update their cocktail menu seasonally with super creative and delicious drinks that aren’t too overpowering.
