We frequent this location, however after tonight I am sure we will find a different one. My chalupas had 3 tiny pieces of chicken and it was swimming in sour cream. All burritos had added cilantro without requesting it, and our double stuffed steak burritos were beef not steak. Please stop and open every single thing they give you and make sure you are getting what you pay for. Nice customer service does not make up for poor portions and sloppy mistakes.

Oh my goodness, let me tell you, customer service and food was Awesome and Fresh! Drinks were not flat at all! We ENJOYED the food and laughter UNTIL two ladies and two gentlemen brought a Husky Dog within the fast food spot, not to mentioned a guy walked the dog into the ladies restroom with with the ladies (thank goodness I went before hand)…so I asked for a to-go bag (not a doggy bag ) for the rest of my meal; told the young, the food was Outstanding but I see animals on the premises (it was Not a service dog either)! ♀️

The food was outstanding. The customer service was also outstanding. The quality and quantity of the food was outstanding. I live in Millbrook Alabama we have a relatively new Taco Bell they were very good at first then went down hill quickly. The food and service surpasses all of the ones from Millbrook through Montgomery areas. Thank you for your continued dedication to the art of customer service and food service. You’re the best!

I usually hate taco bell to be honest, but after being dragged to the location on hwy 80 I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. They employees were great the food was good and the place was clean. My only complaint was they ran out of the dragon fruit drink

We used the taco bell app to place a pick-up order. After an hour of waiting for a notification that the order was ready I called the store. They told me the order was ready but couldnt tell me when it was ready. They happily remade the order because it was cold when my wife picked it up. “Beefy” burritos should be renamed since there was barely any beef. Wont be doing this again.

Customer service at the drive thru was great, But the food sucked, Wished I lived closer to the new taco bell on Veterans Pkwy, They make the food right, This Taco Bell be shaking the dang spoon on the meats, veggies and on the condiments, Got that grill cheese steak burrito and a cheesy beef burrito, both burritos had hardly no meat on it, I was very upset, Wish the Management would re-train there employees on how to make better food at this location

Food was okay, but service was not good. I Ordered and paid online and waited at speaker for 10 minutes, then waited another 8 minutes at the window. There was no one in front of me. During my wait I counted 5 cars that gave up and left. The issue was not the staff, as they were working their butts off……BOTH of them. Severely under staffed. Not sure I will return.
