I have been waiting to review to see if things would improve. It hasn’t. The staff are rude. They give one word answers and refuse to be pleasant every time. The phone is constantly off the hook so you can not call. This is the third time I have received doughy pizza in the last month. This time not only was the pizza not cooked but they shoved the box lid through the pizza. (See photo) The list can go on for awhile. My work buys pizza from here once sometimes twice a week. We will no longer be frequenting this Little Caesars location. We will be going to the location on W. Nob Hill from now on. At least the staff there smiles and the environment is better. Oh! They also cook the pizza all the way as well. 10/10 don’t recommend this location. Terrible staff every time. Someone in management should get rid of the bad apples in the bunch. Not all staff can be this bad unless they have failing leadership. One bad apple can ruin it for everyone.

From the moment we rolled up to their window what a nice experience it was me and my friend even left down the road to go get some water cold ice water and came back in our order was on time and they seen that we had a black car. That pizza was loved! It’s the only one I eat.

This is the newest of these franchise in town, but don’t let that fool you. I enjoyed my experience at this establishment. Even though I had to wait, not too long, the staff acknowledged me and said they would be right with me. Very friendly and felt clean inside. I would definitely recommend and plan on visiting back here. Thank you staff for treating the customer correctly. I appreciate you. Now as far as the pizza goes, terrible. Disgusting and of course I’m joking! The taste of the bread and sauce and pretty much perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni brought me back to my childhood days of Little Caesars in Kmart. What a wonderful and tasty treat/surprise! Never expected a flashback, but enjoyed the couple moments of being in less stressful and more less chaotic time. I could tell whoever made this pizza takes pride in their job as the pizza was amazing! Thanks again Little Caesars!

I purchased a pizza and asked for it to be hot and fresh and the cashier (Abdelraham A.) asked me to wait for 15 minutes, which I did. I came home 8 minutes later to find the pizza it cold. I called and the manager Jessica I believe her name was offered me a refund. Due to the lack of professionalism and attitude she had I asked for her name and refused and told me she does have to give me her name. I then asked for her bosses number and she started she is not allowed to give me her number because it was her personal cell phone. Than another young employee that was standing next to her stated you should of checked your pizza before I gave it to you and that if I didn’t like it to leave. Instead of the manager redirecting her employee she let him argue back and be extremely unprofessional. She had an attitude and proceeded to refuse to give me cooperate phone number or her bosses. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. Lack of ethical and professional skills. I will be calling cooperate number come Monday. This place needs new management and the whole crew needs to be trained to treat their customers with respect instead of ganging up on you for a error they made. Sad deal never coming back.

So I ordered 2 specialty pizzas and ordered them onsite at the drive up window. I was told it could possibly take 12 to 15 minutes because there was a truck delivering to Little Caesars and there was just the manager in one of the person I told them no problem it’s all good I pulled around front and parked The manager came out after 10 minutes and asked me what I would like to drink because she fell a bit behind but it should only be 6 more minutes, apologized for the wait and went inside to get me the complementary drink. 5 or so minutes the Mgr came back out with my pizzas, apologized again for the wait that it was her fault and no one else’s. To me that says a lot about who she is and the company she represents. I thank you Miss Manager and thank you Little Caesars for a pleasant experience and yummy pizza pizza!!!!!

My main issue is that hot and ready pizza should include cheese as well as pepperoni. Those of us that love a quick, cheap pizza and don’t eat meat should be considered.
