Food was good but took 45min to get it from the time we ordered. Granted it was lunch time on Sunday but none of the 5 kids working there had any hustle to them. I guess this is just the new normal and we should just be glad they showed up at all.

Ordered via grub hub. My sandwich was whatever ladder I think. It had ham, turkey and montero jack. I added bacon, and double meat and cheese. Expensive sandwich especially on grubhub. Bacon, extra cheese and double meat alone was almost $9.00. Then the price of the sandwich, close to $30.00. My sandwich was so sweet, it was just nasty! I can’t figure out where all the sweetness came from. It only had mayo and lettuce. My boyfriend got steak Philly and was happy. My son had to get an Italian and remove most of the stuff because their isn’t much he likes. Build your own would not allow him to do it right. Boyfriend and I got chili. No disclaimer about big kick. My boyfriend loved it. Me after so many bites could not taste it! Back to Subway or Jersey Mike’s for sure!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The young lady with the fro working the cash register had the most terrible attitude. Completely rushed our order and tone of voice was not inviting. With the amount of money you are spending on a sandwich, you shouldn’t have to worry or address the customer service. The other young men seemed to be polite.
