This location is getting worst and today was one of the worst visits I’ve ever had. My children and family visited this location today in celebration of Free cone day. The employees told my children that they stopped the offer. But it was the way they did it and told my children to hurry and get out. Matter a fact forgot the sauce to my sisters food and when they gave it to her they even told her to hurry and leave. Talk about rude beyond understanding! My children and I visit Dairy Queen often and look forward to this day of the year to enjoy a free cone with our meal on Free Cone Day and this was a totally different vibe this year. Made my children ask why did they treat us like that! I’m really just shocked and disgusted with how they treated them.

This place sucks! The staff was rude the manager had no customer service training onviously. The banana split as we was told is done by weight! Well when u get all ice cream & a very very small amount of toppings dont call it a split bc u couldnt even see the toppingings.let alone taste them & instead of offering to make it right they just was rude & refused to even refund our money. With alot of arguing w staff we finally received our money bck for that item but it was done w alot of smart mouth & snid remarks….WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DAIRY QUEEN EVER!!

Asked for a cotton candy blizzard and got me a nerds blizzard .. and the mixing machines are right there but they had to go to the back to make mine???? It made me very uncomfortable to not know what they did to my blizzard while out of sight with it.

Drive thru was kind of slow which I had my dad with oxygen. Worried me on the time it took. They were all nice and sweet was also shocked I gave them a tip. U should always tip them i think. Still waiting. Wish they would bring our drinks too use. My poor dad is burning up on this hot day. I guess I should had wait for a cooler day for dad, but when I got home I was disappointed because the chicken and biscuit was chicken and toast which wasnt what i wanted. I love the biscuit. Wished they would have told me on it. They were kind and sweet very nice and happy people although I was nervous for my dad on oxygen. Thank u all for what u do for all of us.

Food was fine. Fries were not very fresh, but you’ll get that. The service at the drive through was a bit lacking. I don’t need a super cheery fake customer service voice, but it was a bit off-putting when the person taking the order just said, “What do you want?”, and “What else?” Overall, a very neutral experience. Got my food, it was fine.
