Apparently, they think it’s acceptable to use the same gloves to handle raw steak, then the bread and cheese to make my sandwich. I was told by the manager that protocol was to use tongs. The worker lied to my face and told me he used tongs, not realizing I was watching the entire time. The only reason I had to be there in the first place was because they got the online order wrong. I told them they could put the sandwich in the trash because it was unsanitary. I asked for a refund and was informed they could not give me a refund at the store because it was an online order. I sent an email explaining what happened to the company and I was told it would have to be handled on the local level so they were going to send a copy of my email to the owner of that store. I had 2 additional subs at home that we were concerned about consuming because they were also made with cooked meat. We ended up without dinner, or a refund, or an apology. It’s been almost a week, and we’ve heard nothing from the owner. Great place to go if you like to play Russian Roulette with food poisoning. Nice business practice. Never again.

Seemed like I was a nuisance to the guy making my sub. I asked for 3 subs and then he makes them without asking what I wanted on them. When I said no bacon or Mayo he got mad then started slamming things around, like the salt or pepper. The. He asked if I wanted mikes way, whatever that means and I said no, I want exactly what is on the sub on the menu and he puts onions on it. I was so annoyed at the point I’ll just take them off my damn self.

Me and my family went here and was about to spend 70 dollars and was told the bread we was looking at was for online orders. Bad business already. It was a big Caucasian chick that told us we only had a option of wheat or white. So online orders are more important than the customers in store.
