placed a order, and explained my preference of how to bag the order TWICE. When I received the order, they completely disregarded the instructions and failed to bring a bag large enough to carry the items. On top of that, the fries i ordered were not full? my large was a medium and my medium was a small. The completely disregard the instructions and they are jipping the customers with the fries, you don’t get the amount you pay for at this location. Will not be coming back until its been communicated that people value our money. I was charged full price only to get the lower size.

Service is nearly non-existent. Floors are dirty and slippery. Very rare if they get your order right the first time. Food is sloppily prepared. Recommend you only visit drive thru and only when you have no other choice. It’s cheap.

This McDonald’s is trash. Straight garbage. Filled with nothing but a bunch of young idiots that can’t read an order ticket, have horrible customer service, and care more about being on their phones then they do about providing good service to their customers. I’ve given this sorry location so many chances due to it being close to where I live but I rather go dumpster diving at Long John Silvers for a meal before I visit this location again. Y’all staff is trash, y’all’s management is trash, the whole team needs to be fired and rehired you lazy bunch of millennial dummies. Y’all lucky I can’t curse in a google review.

I ordered two large smoothies, a happy meal and a 4c and was told to go to the third window. I happily obliged but they only brought me one smoothie. I told the young lady I was missing one and she smiled and said she’d be right back. But she wasn’t. Another young lady came and asked if I needed something so I told her what was wrong and she nodded and I assumed she’d be back. She wasn’t. My boyfriend and kid then proceeded to eat their food and had time to finish it before I finally got fed up and walked inside. By that time my other smoothie had completely melted. There is always something wrong or missing whenever I order from this McDonalds.

Terrible I ordered a Big Mac and it was made wrong and when I tried to call about it was disrespected. I could understand if it was busy but I was the only customer and they still made my food wrong. The manager with black and blonde braids watched them make my food and still gave it to me like that. Super upset about it. She didn’t have to be super rude when I called to ask them to make it right.. I won’t be back to that one. And I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This McDonald’s is probably one of the best ones in the area. Employee attitudes are good and they rarely get my order wrong. When I ask them to correct something they do it without an attitude most of time. The only complaint I have is that some evenings the employees are all playing around and not acting professional at all. They actually have no shame about their behavior and discussing private matters about their life in front of customers.

I’ve never been changed for a cup of tap water before. I found this appalling. Then after waiting close to 20 minutes we went to the counter and was told the order we placed at the kiosk got lost so we had to wait again while it was made. I won’t stop at this McDonald’s again.
