Went in for lunch. . Was nice and clean, well organized. Had a minor issue, employee accidently mixed up our order. He had to walk outside to grab our order from different customer. I was a bit bummed out. But Keith re made my strawberry shake, much appreciated! The spicy green beans were delicious. . BF finished his burger so I’m going to assume it’s was delicious as well. .

Burger was good but fries were terrible. Went thru the line again to have them remake them and got these. Ended up with a cold burger after all that. Never get the combo just the burger or Will just do whataburger instead.

I’m happy to have another option here in Laveen and the food was really good but I was left disgusted by the sewer overwhelming smell of the bathroom and when I went to ask for a to-go box, I stood for about 5 minutes while no one even acknowledged me even when the kitchen staff saw me waiting at the counter the service could be better

So Happy we have a Habit burger in the area! The food was delicious. Especially the Portabella char burger, it was so hot, juicy, and tasted so good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning.

I was just in the drive thru 7/16/23 at 7:04pm and the tall girl with the blue shirt and long nails was veryyyyyyyy RUDE!! Didn’t say anything at the window and closed the window in my face when I was about to ask for ranch ! Girl it’s not my fault you work there or you’re over worked, but whatever it is she needs to be trained in customer service!!! The food was nasty , cold and soggy !!!! For almost $30 not worth it . I will not be coming back!!! Manager needs to fix attitudes and the way they cook !!!!

For fast food, it was really fresh and tasty. (I had the bbq chicken) Staff was friendly and helpful. You expect quirks from a new location, but things appear to be moving smoothly from our dine in experience. The drive thru looks too small, but it is moving well.

This is not the first time the burger was undercooked, after my son bit into his burger my husband noticed the pink so we ripped it up and found this, disgusting, and I even asked for them to be well done. Can we please cook the burgers thoroughly from now on?

Food was not good. Nothing special about them. Ordered for curbside pick. Took longer than expected and then the order we were given was missing items. So I had to go inside and get them or wait even longer than I already waited. Fries were over salted and didn’t eat all of them. I spent a lot of time taking off as much salt as I could and then I just gave up. For the price I paid I should have gone to Smash Burger across the street. They are consistent on taste and get my order right.

I was so excited to come here, it had been years since I’ve been to one! I used the mobile app to order and selected curbside. After checking in and waiting over 30 minutes I went inside to check my order. I waited 30 minutes because I assumed they were short staffed. After going in, The employee stated the check in never went through. I understand system issues can happen, but an apology or offer to put in fresh French fries or remake the order would have been nice. The food had been sitting there for over 45 minutes by the time everything was said and done. I wasted $36 because I couldn’t enjoy the soggy burgers and cold fries. They also forgot to include the condiments I added and paid for. I won’t be returning and I’m super disappointed.

I want to preface that I love the habit. I know they just opened so when my food was delayed or wrong, I gave it up to new workers. When they got my order wrong and initially refused to look at my receipt as proof, I considered they were busy and maybe it was a bad day. The first time I ordered a burger and it was a little more pink on the inside, I put it in the microwave. However, I’m now done trying. Yall have been open for months. You’ve had same/similar feedback and the pink mush I just bit into is disgusting. I get it was an hour to closing, but either close earlier or cook the food all the way. It’s gross, not eatable, and literally a health hazard.
