Knowing better is all I can say… we thought we would try a different location but it was by far worse than I had hoped for .I had an online order and went to pick it up when order was due for pickup as per usual Wingstop manner it was not ready which would have been fine if it was a few minutes. They had us wait over an hour and a half for our order while the staff checked there phones came out to get drinks and were lollygaging amongst themselves and had 0 care in the world that there was so many people waiting on orders. The people in the back had a horrible attitude when the person upfront asked them about the order. I tried to be as polite as possible when approaching but they take advantage. There attitude and comments about what the order was that was paid ahead was not needed and I could clearly hear it all. To make things worse they had no bags to bag food correctly and gave us a trash bag to put our food in…seriously very unprofessional as a business. I won’t be back and don’t recommend. Whatever happened to customer service. Why work here is you are not going to make an effort in doing your job correctly.

The only thing that sold the entire meal was Monica in the front serving customers! Her personality is above and beyond! Great customer service! She keeps you smiling and laughing amongst ordering. Now the food not so great but that’s not her fault she’s doing all she can! She’s Better than working for Wingstop but either way she had us sold.

I was hoping to address this directly w/Wingstop but they make it difficult to “contact” them. Called numerous times with no answer. Tried giving them feedback on the app on the receipt and it wouldn’t go thru. I tried the Buffalo thighs and they were raw inside. So gross, thankful I didn’t get food poisoning. Needless to say we had no interest in eating our meal after that. My order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and it was forgotten. Got my order approximately 35 minutes later. Had 2 drinks with my order and the soda machine wasn’t working. Such a disappointment! Wingstop used to be one of my faves but they have really gone downhill.

Ordered through Uber eats. The wings smelled and tasted like fish. Something was definitely rotten. They all went into the trash. Hopefully Uber eats issues a full refund.

The manager with the green hair helped me today, despite being understaffed, calls coming in, a line of people, AND trying to conduct and interview they still made sure I got my food in a timely manner and the order was all correct. She had excellent customer service despite being obviously overwhelmed by a lunch rush at a bad time, and most certainly deserves a raise

Hate leaving reviews, but I am a regular and thought my insight might help with the customer experience. When I arrived the people are great. I ordered a 10pc wing combo. Usually this comes out within a few mins. I sat around for 35 mins waiting for my food. Finally building up the courage to cancel my order the friendly staff said it was being worked on and will be done in a few mins. So 40mins total.. they are quick to fulfill online orders, so be sure to order it online before you go in. My suggestion is that y’all focus on walk ins just as much as online orders. I was offered a brownie for the wait, but I was not waiting 40mins for a brownie…

I remember coming here over a year ago and realized the manager came off of break, walked right into the kitchen without washing his hands a few of the customers walked right out after that point. But here I am a year later giving them another chance with my food. A lot of young people not really too many workers, but I didn’t see anybody being disgusting this time so I gave them one more chance. The wings in the fries were delicious..

This place can be hit or miss, some food are great some are alright. Just have to give a chance for yourself to have good food. I think food depends on who is working and how they prepare. Everything was good inside, well greeted and updated on food status. They might take longer to prepare food. I would recommend and have your own experience and go from there. Give yourself atleast one chance. I might go back.
