Order a Pizza with three toppings. Have been ordering pizza for 3 or 4 years. First time had to call about a pizza with less toppings on half of the pizza and the manager told me to order less toppings or I don’t have to order from them. I’m done!!! He was nasty and hung up the phone on me. If I paid for good service and this is how you treat your customers you WILL NOT get another dime from me!!!!!

I used to go here all the time (every weekend) but stopped because I’m trying to lose weight. Still, the pizza and breadsticks are great and the employees are really friendly! The food is a little bit expensive but maybe I’m just cheap. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys pizza.

Pizza order was messed up. Manager told us his delivery driver was too busy to replace the issue. The pizza was cut wrong with one tiny slice next to one huge slice. Everything they could do wrong is exactly what they did which explains why they have such a Low rating. The manager is out of touch with reality sadly.

We called in our order and the server was very polite and thorough in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The pizzas arrived at the time that was given to us and the delivery gentleman was very pleasant. The pizzas tasted very good and the only issue we had was the quantity of topping on each pizza. For two medium $23 vegetable pizzas we felt that the quantity of vegetables on each one was fairly scant. They were tasty but they just didn’t have very much on them. Doubling the amount would have made the high price worth it.

The manager at the Upper Marlboro location is very rude and has terrible customer service skills. My entire delivery order was wrong. They had given me someone else’s order. When I called, the manager told me I would have to wait for all their new orders to be delivered before mine would be corrected. He was not going to make my wrong order a priority. When I went to pick it up, the manager would not comp me anything for the delivery fee I paid. Then the manager proceeded to tell me I received part of my order and would only remake half of what I paid for. Fortunately, a very nice employee remade my entire order that I never received in the first place. Will never order from here again unless the inexperienced manager is replaced.

Clearly says I ordered a 2-liter soda and extra garlic sauce on the stickers ON the pizza box, and yet driver said it was just a pizza. Try to call the store, get put on long hold (10 min+) just for someone to pick it up and immediately hang up without saying a word. Horrific customer service.
