Stopped by for bfast while traveling. I believe there were only 2 employees working in the entire building! I was in drive thru approximately 50 minutes. I could not leave because I had already paid for the order on the mobile app. The employees were constantly running every where in the store. Therefore, i was not worried about not getting an explanation. Food quality was, of course, subpar due to the employees having to work in those conditions! The franchise owner or the district manager really need to get their rear end in there and fix this. They should also give those 2 employees a HUGE pat on the back and I would really think they are owed a LOT of gratitude that they didn’t just lock the doors and tell you where you could stick your store!!

So the ice cream machine was broken, but we’re all used to that. Regardless they went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my experience. From the courtesy to the freshly made food, they made me feel right at home. I don’t know if it’s new management or something, but I hope they keep it up.

We ordered thru the drive threw it wasn’t busy and when we got to the window the person. At the window looked at us and closed the window and did ssy anything. Then a woman came to the window asked if we got our coffee we said no and she told us to park ahead and that she would bring our order to us, but there were no other cars behind us. she sent a guy with the food which was incomplete. We asked a about our coffee he had to go back and it. We ordered cream an sugar coffee was black so he had to go back get cream and sugar we gad ordered on the side and when I asked him for the cream he was not happy because he had to go back and it the cream and sugar on his return he handed us the sugar and told us they ran out of cream. That usnt acceptable. All the food was cold. Our coffee was cold. Our experience was horrible we spent $22.75 on meal that wasn’t worth that much. The chicken sandwich had no mayo or sauce at all, no lettuce or tomatoes, just two little pickles. Fries and Big Mac were all cold. Your customer service is terrible. I will not recommend this McDonald to anyone I know, and we felt that we didn’t get $22.75 worth.

Twice now I have came to this McDonald’s in the morning and the lobby is closed due to only one person working. I waited at the speaker to order my food for 10 mins and said hello several times with no answer. A guy responds with there’s only one person here. Then I didn’t hear anything after that. So I left. There should be a sign or something up letting customers know you are short staffed so they know to go else where.

Took my kids for lunch- no line. Pulled up to order and nobody took our order. Pulled up to the first window and the lady called someone else to take my order. Next window I get told to park in spot #1 because they were making fresh nuggets? 5 minutes later a lado comes out to ask me for my receipt because they “gave my food to another car” they then took another 10 minutes to bring out cold fries and a flat coke with the rest of our order. So disappointing.

Ordered for here and grabbed placard, but they bagged it and I had to grab it from counter. No large cups, but didn’t offer refund on medium cup. Fries barely reached top edge of container. Terrible service.
