My son and I came in for a quick bite while my wife went to a movie with my daughter. I ordered a hotdog and a large lemon berry slushy. My son who is eight ordered a kids, corndog and a small blue raspberry slushy. We received an extra large blue raspberry slushy with kids written on it And mine was a cherry limeade and was a small. When I tried to return it, they gave me some attitude, but said they would make me a new one. And it too was wrong. It had ice cubes in it instead of being a slushy and it was yellow and color, not the standard, pink and strawberry. My hotdog looked terrible and the tater tots looked like they had been under the heat lamp for a couple of days. Photo attached. Plus they were half empty. I was really excited to see that they were building a sonic so close to me. However, I’ve gone there twice and BOTH times were horrible experiences. Both orders were wrong. I ordered a toaster with no bacon. What did I receive?? BACON! I ordered a blast and ended up with a cup of ice cream with Oreo sprinkles on top. Second time, fries were ICE COLD and rubbery and they wouldn’t put whipped cream on my blast even though I paid for it because it’s “not common”. The food is terrible. DO NOT EAT!! The staff is distracted, rude and lack customer service skills. I know they’re new but I’d expect that they would at least be trying to satisfy their customers. It’s a no for me, unfortunately.

Avoid this location. The customer was terrible. I had to wait to order. Once I started ordering the sonic staff, was pushy about wrapping up my order. Food and coffee was terrible. Tots were cold. Food was cold.

I wish I could rate this location a zero. Been here three times and horrible, horrible, horrible! The workers are extremely rude, one lady who was taking my order was trying to rush me. I get to the window and she’s getting her butt rubbed on by another employee just giggling and rubbing butts! My fries has been half emptied, cold and disgusting each time and I’m at a point I will NEVER go here again. It sucks because I used to love sonic and was so excited about one being in my area. Do not recommend, go somewhere and save your time and money

Gave this place the benefit of the doubt despite the bad reviews, but I wish I listened to the others. Waited over an hour+ for a pickup order and when I got it, the icecream was completely melted, inedible and the burritos were cold. Throughout the whole ordeal, I had to basically beg for updates on my order. All this, despite ordering 20 minutes in advance and arriving to the pickup location on time! Imagine actually getting your order within an hour …that doesn’t happen here. No one had any idea what was going on and didn’t seem to care either way. Terrible all around…I would avoid this location at all costs.

Came for a late night bite on a Sunday cause I had a craving for their onion rings and it was surprisingly busy. However there was plenty drive up and drive thru areas to choose from, so ordering was pretty quick and easy. I bought a combo meal and the food was hot and fresh when I received it. Overall a good experience at this location.

(As of 5/18/2023) I just left Sonic, and I asked for 4 chili dogs with chili and onions only. When I get home I had 3 chili dogs, and one with cheese and onions. The tater tots were cold as ice. I had to microwave them when I got home. I took a picture of the bun and it looks like it’s been there since the store opened. The back door of the restaurant was standing wide open. Why is the food being put in shoe boxes? The hot dog tastes like it wasn’t done. Whoever owns this place, get you some people who wants to work.

I don’t even know where to begin with this mess. Shame on sonic for under training your staff. There was not one person on site that knew what they were doing. It was complete chaos. I ordered online went to pick up, pushed the red button to let them know I was there and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for my order. They were not busy. There were maybe 4 other cars on site. Finally after complaining they brought it to my car.needless to say it was all ice cold. I ordered my burger with no pickles but they ignored that request so I threw it in the trash because I could not risk waiting any longer than I had already been there. Needless to say I will not be back ever. It’s a shame they spent all that money on a brand new location and didn’t bother training staff

Asked for no tomato, label says no tomato, guess what’s on my burger? This plus the wait, cold tater tots, and syrupy, no ice slush makes this the worst food experience. Crazy my whole order was terrible for a place that has only been opened for a couple of weeks. Training should still be fresh!

They lost my order, we waited 50 mins at a non busy time to get our burgers and drinks last night. I buzzed in twice to inquire about how long it will be, since I saw car after car come and leave around us. Each time they said it’ll be out soon. Eventually the manager came out and asked us what we got. He made them make the order fresh since nobody brought the food out to us. Manager was great and food was alright, but not worth a 50 min wait
