Ordered an Italiano sub and it was delivered burnt. Not only that it did not come with the lettuce, tomato, red onions, and green pepper. We also ordered a salad with tomatoes that was with only one piece and yellow, 6 slices of one black olive, 6 maybe 7 slices of spinach, no croutons that were ordered and no green peppers. The total for the order was $23.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Went up to complain and the manager said the oven burnt the sub (It’s the way the oven cooks). He blames the salad and the preparation of the salad an the supplier. We visit this location multiple times a month based on the quality of their salad. Definitely would not call any of this food quality. See pics attached. Shocked at not only low quality…but the extremely inferior service. For someone calling themselves a “manager”, I would expect ever so much better. Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time.

Pizza took over an hour and a half to get there when they said it would 45. Pizza was very cold. Had this problem in the past with delivery and last time they forgot my 2 liter. Good pizza but not if you get it delivered because it takes them too long to get it without being cold.

Calling for new staff I ordered a Supreme with extra pepperoni you would think they would put more pepperoni instead of giving me what I order all the time then charge me for extra. They must put the extra on there pizza to take home. Please better management or new staff please.

Delivery was on time. I asked driver about my condiments I ordered. He insisted they were in the pizza box! As I say it down to check I don’t see them try to catch him but he quickly sped off. I immediately call the office notifying them of my condiments missing they said “will have driver deliver them” it’s passed 30 mins and still no sauce. I told the person I have a toddler who will not eat without the sauce! You order you tip because you want things deliver as requested but I guess not even a delivery can be correctly done.
