Was very pleased with my experience this morning. Went through the drive-through to pick up my mobile order. The woman with the piercings who was running, the drive-through, was so nice and polite. The coffee had some grounds, and without skipping a beat she offered to make me a new one, and didn’t seem bothered or annoyed by that. Which I feel can be uncommon. She was so nice that it made my morning.

This is by far the worst Dunkin. They consistently get the order wrong. No one wears a name tag, their phone is disconnected and they are all rude! Listen, it’s ok to make a mistake but have the guts to admit it! It’s really a shame because pre-pandemic this location was pretty good. Now it’s a bunch of cranky women who don’t care if they inconvenience you by screwing up your order.

The drive thru was quick, the order was correct, the coffee was great and the service was pleasant. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the restaurant interior was closed and drive thru was the only option.

Girls were very snarking and put off when I asked them to fix my ordered coffee. Within 2 secs of taking it back they handed it back unchanged and smirked. Not the first time this location has been rude. I’ve been avoiding this location which is closet to my residence and now drive the extra 5 miles to another store.

I went to the Dunkin in West Greenwich on Victory Highway this morning. I have never been treated so poorly in 40 years of going to Dunkin by the drive through attendant. You should read all of this review. I have gone many times since I am a resident of West Greenwich for several years. I have always had a good experience there with nice friendly workers. Today was different. The attendant taking orders around 830am was curt and brash. I asked for a pumpkin coffee with milk “she stated in a rush “ok pumpkin with cream” I corrected her and she then quickly stated “ok move up” not asking me if that will be all. I then stated ” I have more” her response was “what else” in a tone that threw me back” I then asked for medium coffee with sugar free vanilla” she said ‘yep medium with vanilla” I then stated ” No, sugar free” and she said “that is what I said” in a brash tone that at this point, I could not just let go. I had to say something. When I arrived at the window, I was not happy and told her “you need to learn some customer service skills, you should not talk to customers like that”. She gave me a stare and told me to drive on. I said to her…”I want my coffee” she repeated move on. When I asked again for my coffee she told me to move on or she would call the state police on me and stated I was ignorant. I will be calling the corporate Dunkin office and also the owner of that location. We have all seen the decline over the years of customer service whether in person or over the phone. We as consumers deserve better. With rising prices like it is today, we should be treated much better. Its about time that as consumers ( it seems the old saying “the customer is always right” no longer applies) we need to do more. We need to go to online and post reviews not only that are good but that are bad as well. We should use social media outlets to let it be known. This is the only way things will improve. I for one have had it. Also, don’t be afraid to ask for the manager etc. to let them know you are unhappy with the service. There are other Dunkin’s in the area that folks can frequent…I know I will be.

This is the closest Dunkin’ to my house. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go my order is messed up, they always are in a bad mood in the coms. I have only had a good experience here once from a guy with tattoos that was cool and made my coffee perfect! Never saw him again and always get the same grumpy people that don’t know how to make coffee and certainly don’t want to be there. I’ve tried to give this Dunkin’ countless tries seeing as it’s the closest one. Every time they disappoint. Lost a few permanent daily customers from this household. Owner needs to step up and make the difference!

Stopped for a coffee and sandwich got my coffee wasn’t full to the top asked the girl who handed it to me to add little more so it was full seeing as duncan isn’t cheap to begin with was told she couldn’t take it back and walked away. I also just realized the gentleman who took the order and my money over charged me I got two of the black pepper bacon on English muffins should have been two for six plus large iced coffee total came to thirteen dollars yup I got played.

Ok so not every DD is of top notch quality, service, or consistency. However this branch is not 1 of them, been in area for about 6 weeks. They have been in area of 30 for 30 I’m yet to get a coffee that wasn’t the same everytime. Now on Saturday (01/17/2021 morning approximately 5:15 am which was 45 minutes prior to them even opening. I placed a online order thru app. The app took order and charged me i approached the drive thru and was informed they didn’t open till 6am. Low and behold the women working saw the problem and made my coffee as soon as it was done perking although she had no obligation to do so that’s what i call excellent customer service. She deserves something for her efforts to stave off a angry customer due to poor app function.. Thank you to whom ever you were great service.
