Stopped here for a quick lunch, that was the only good think about this location, it was quick. The person taking our order at the drive through was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed that she was doing her job. We asked for 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. One of them with American cheese. She said she didn’t know how to do that and told us it doesn’t come with it. We asked to add it on and she said one second. I believe she forgot to turn off her mic as she was talking to someone else very annoyingly like asking for cheese was life or death. We got our sandwiches, one had a cheddar cheese slice and one had cheese sauce?? Why was there cheese sauce?

Just got some quick sliders. Chicken was great, the beef slider only had 1 slice all folded up on the little bun. But the buns were fresh, it slid right down. Better than tacos n mc d all day!

Terrible service – I’m talking to you Keith!! We placed a large in-app online order – 8 sandwiches, 2 sides, and 2 strawberry lemonades. My nice ran in to pick it up (Arby’s, you really need drive thru pick up for online orders like every other fast food restaurant has.)

I don’t always think of Arby’s when I’m looking for fast food. But whenever I do go there I’m always glad I did. Their food is excellent and much better than most traditional fast food places.

I’ve been coming here frequently (Arby’s Minocqua, Wi) without much trouble for quite a while. I got Arby’s gift cards for Christmas, used one once and had a $4.45 balance left. Next time I went in the gift card didn’t work and I went online to check the balance and it said “invalid card”. I ended up paying with my credit card after more than 5 minutes with multiple staff trying to get the card to work. Manager said “if it doesn’t work next time your next meal is free.” Fast forward to “next time” and I explained the situation prior to them scanning the card and staff made me feel like I was trying to get a free meal. He said “I’m not in the habit of giving out free food” I even showed a receipt with the balance. Reluctantly he gave me a free meal. The looks I got and the way I was treated was like I’m at fault, so I felt I had to “prove” my honesty. They gave the couple who came in behind me a free drink and apologized for the wait” No apology for me ever and I told them I probably wouldn’t be back. I also waited at the counter before that couple behind me, even though no other customers were inside the restaurant, for longer than they waited. When a 59 year old gives you a “matter of fact heads up ” prior to placing his order, try to be more friendly rather than accusatory. This kind of thing truly makes me feel like avoiding a place in the future. I hadn’t come back in 4 months due to the initial card not working without incident although an inconvenience of more than 5 minutes trying to get the card to work. He also added “I’m keeping the card” on my way out, as though I was cheating THEM, rather than the customer getting cheated.

I typically drive-through here after Mass on Saturday afternoons and did so yesterday at 5 pm for Greek Gyros. They mailed to me in January 2023 “2 for $7” coupons that I used yesterday. I experienced the same high level customer service as on past visits at this location. I received my order within 4 minutes and found nothing but fresh ingredients and a well-made product upon eating. I will stop here again in 2023!
