So went for a family member birthday & they don’t sing ‘Happy Birthday’! They don’t even have desserts! WHAT? Not even a complimentary dessert. The seafood was delicious & fresh! The service came with a big warm smile! It’s only been open a few months. They occupy the previous owners locale, Pappas Seafood Cafe. Very dated interior. They didn’t spend any money on upgrades or decor. Super loud Mex music. Thank God no karaoke! Other family enjoyed their meals… that’s a plus.

I had an incredible dining experience at Mambo’s Seafood, thanks to Xena, my amazing waitress. Her service was outstanding, and she had fantastic food recommendations. I highly recommend trying the seafood empanadas—they were absolutely delicious! Xena’s friendly and attentive demeanor made the whole experience even better. Came for the soft opening and ordered some tilapia tacos and they were delicious. The waitress Nury was very attentive and the restaurant is super clean . Definitely will be back to try other menu items.

Ordering for dine in is a different experience from ordering online. When they were on their first days of opening, my family and I decided to dine in the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service was great. However, the wait time was long because of their recent aperture.

The staff really made the entire experience unpleasant. No one smiled, not even the hostess who seated our family. All a while, we ordered our food and beverages when, I’m guessing, the manager and what looks like his security came out from wherever and started casing our table. Talking and pointing in our direction, trying to pay it no mind, I noticed they began walking in our direction. At first, when he came over to ask if we had been taken care of and if everything was alright, I instantly thought it was just part of the customer service. That’s when I noticed that of all the other people dining in at the time, he stopped by no other table checking on the customer. Time goes by, we get our food, and corrections are made. The vibe was still uncomfortable as the kids began to notice we were being watched and so forth. We then packed up our to go plates and got the bill, the waitress waited over the table, looking over everyone as if she thought we were going to not pay or something, we paid and left.

Went to this restaurant tonight with my family and we was given poor service. We was stared at the whole time we was there. My family was very uncomfortable. The manager working keep coming over to our table asking us was everything okay but he never approached other tables just our table.

This is a new location and I love the look. Very clean and bright. This venue used to be Pappas seafood but I like the way Mambo has added more windows and lighting to give it a more open feel. The food was really good. I had the shrimp with shrimp fried rice..very good..
