Last night I had placed an order at 9:27 and got confirmation that I wouldn’t receive the order for up to an hour, which is fine. That seemed normal to me on a Friday night. After an hour and 45 mins I called the store. I was told another 15-19 mins. After falling asleep waiting on the couch, I woke up 10 till midnight and got the text at 10 after midnight that my order was on the way. I finally got my order 3 hours after I ordered it.

Went in person, short staffed, lady at the front doesn’t give deals and charges for specialty pizzas and takes off toppings instead of creating your own, which makes it way more expensive. Lady at the front continued to take orders and handle cash, then proceeded to cut and box orders without washing her hands, went to quickly wash her hands which was .5 seconds then continued to make pizzas. The Second Lady was chatting on the phone while cutting pizza and boxing them touching her phone and then taking pizza out the oven. I understand they are short staffed but it doesn’t take long to wash your hands. I’d rather wait longer for a cleaner service then get food poisoning. Side note: I also understand staff doesn’t get paid too well, as expensive the menu is for just two medium pizzas with was $32, I feel like they would value their job more if they got paid livable wages. They do handle our food which is our primary source for living, we need food. They should get paid more 2 people working on a Friday night is ridiculous.

I ordered a pizza, 8 piece wings, and a pasta bowl, at 9:40pm for delivery. It was put in the oven 40 mins later. It went out for delivery 1 hour and a half after ordering. I called the store, they told me they only had 1 driver so it would take a while. That’s fine I understand staff shortages. 3 hours after the order was placed, it was marked as complete on the app but I haven’t received anything. I call the store to find out if my order got canceled so I can get a refund. I call the store and the sole employee was never trained on how to issue refunds so she asked politely for me to call tomorrow for a refund. I agreed because it’s late and she seemed stressed, but I guess I’ll see if they honor my refund.

I’ve been ordering delivery from here for quite a few months now. In the past there hasn’t been anything wrong with my orders, always correct toppings, they remember sauces, etc. So the employees making the food are great as always.

This is worst store of Dominos, the late night person at the check out refused to give deals and didn’t even communicated properly over the phone about the deal. I ordered 2 large and 1 medium pizza where I was charged one large 3 topping pizza at $10.99 and the other large pizza with 2 topping at $16.99, when I asked him about the large up to 5 topping carry out deal he refused to do it and stole my money by talking utter non sense. When I questioned him wouldn’t you like making use of available promotions if available and save money, he maintained dead silence. DON NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, you will get RIPPED OFF big time and NO RESPECT OR VALUE FOR OTHERS MONEY.

Worst experience with a Domino’s. Pizza was dry and burnt in the middle. Very thin. Light on the sauce, cheese, and toppings. I’ve always had decent pizzas at Domino’s until I tried this location. Will not be back

Ordered online for curbside pickup to satisfy a late night craving. The store looked dead inside and there were only 2 guys working. Somehow my pizza still came out looking like trash – the cut was sloppy (my large pizza was 6 uneven slices), there was way too much cheese, and the crust wasn’t Brooklyn style like I requested.

Went to interview the other day. Didn’t know I was coming, didn’t have my birth name correct (manager was expecting someone, just not me). All this even after a confirmed email and text message.
