Ordered a bigger plate which was 3 entrees and 1 side. I asked for lo mein and my entrees was honey walnut shrimp and beef with broccoli. Now my beef with broccoli only came with 1 piece of beef it was all broccoli. I thought I was able to get a third entree but I guess not. Then I added cream cheese ragoons and 1 of them didn’t even have cheese in it. The service was as if I was a burden and they kept whispering to each other which kinda made me feel uncomfortable.

Look no further than the new AI (ironically named) who won’t take your order in the drive-through. 6/15/23 approximately 5:15, I ordered Beijing beef with a double order of beef. I didn’t check my order until I got home. I’ve never had to check my order because in the past, it has always been good. I wish I had checked it right then and there because I wasn’t happy with what I saw when I opened my container, nor was I happy about using extra gas to return the order. I had a few scoops of dried beef and a container of extremely clumpy dry rice! I see now why the line was so short. There was a time when the service was great and the long line at the drive thru proved good quality. We understand the cost of everything has gone up, I didn’t go there for a hand out but I refuse to spend money on poor service/quality. I was given a fresh plate the 2nd time around but there shouldn’t have been a return trip needed.

The food is fine but yo… You have to get that pothole fixed. I don’t care who you gotta call: the city, your landlord, your GM, whoever. Heck, give me a couple hundred bucks and I’ll go to the Lowe’s next door and I’ll fill it with some concrete myself. I know it’s not y’alls fault but please get it fixed

Drive thru automated system is rage inducing. Talk then wait then talk then wait. And that’s if the system can hear what you say with all the road noise. Imagine trying to order more than 1 plate. It takes forever. I was told that if I want to talk to a human, I could come inside. Do they know how hard it is to get in and out of the parking spots with the drive thru cars blocking the way out? That totally defeats the purpose of a quick drive thru.

Stopped here on the way out to Houston. Environment was nice and clean, did have some construction going on one side of the entrances. Pretty busy when we got there, but moved pretty fast through the line. Some of the items we wanted were pretty low and down to the last so asked for fresh food and had a lil attitude about it but it was ready to go just needed to be changed out. Food tasted great and was pretty decent with the portions so got full. The restrooms were pretty decent could have used some attention but not disgusting.

Food its not good service is bad nothing but kids work in the front they dont care much, no napkins available not to mention that they charge extra for what they call prime meats in the end it cost almost double, its like a quick legal scam most meats they call prime so almost everything they charge you extra for it adds up to your bill for low quality Chinese food. Never again Panda Express!!!

This location used to be ok, but lately somethings changed. Went about a month ago, an hour before lobby closed and there were scraps left of mushroom chicken. I asked if they were going to make more, but they said nope, what’s out is what’s left … an HOUR before closing like no one else in that time would’ve wanted more of mushroom chicken. Other options were only scraps left and old/dry, so there was nothing to pick from even if I didn’t want the one non-premium item I didn’t want. Then went yesterday about 40 minutes before lobby closing and there was literally only the sides left (rice, lo mein, veggies) and there was a line of cars outside and they said they weren’t putting out any more mains.
