I ordered two toppings medium size pizza. Simple order. One was pepperoni & bacon the other one was pineapple & pepperoni. First, the time it took to deliver was ridiculous. I live 5 min away and it took almost an hour to be deliver the pizza. Once it arrived I quickly look over the pizza and it seemed to be right, once i went inside my house and opened both boxes completely it was very upsetting that they were incorrect. The pepperoni pizza had only one topping (of course, pepperoni…) the other pizza had barely pieces of pepperoni and no pineapple at all! Since my kid loves pepperoni and pineapple I called to see if there was any way i could get a new pizza without having to leave my house because I had one kid already sleeping. When the guy answered the phone he gave two option which both require me to go to the store and show them that they were incorrect orders. I of course had to eat up my anger and discomfort, it is upsetting that after taking along time they cooked it incorrect. I would not order from this place anymore it is pricey and not worth it if they are delivering/cooking pizza this way….!

Ordered a pizza from this location but on the phone. They lady said card was declined but it actually charged my card. A cashapp card. That goes right through. Which it charged my card because I had the money on it. When I got there they said I owed. I showed the lady my transaction on my account but she still didn’t believe so she called the the call center and they said they would cancel the order. Never give the call center your card over the phone. It was cancelled but I had to repay again even though my payment went through the first time. They lady there believe me but and seen my transaction on my account but said she didn’t want to be short on her end. This store will not get my service anymore.

The pizza was not ready and the lady kept telling me that the pizza is in the oven well after waiting another 30 mins she finally tells me that they have to make another pizza and I asked what happed and she said the pizza got caught up in a delivery order. They did not apologize or anything very poor customer service I will not be returning

On March 14th I placed an order at this location for 2 large pizzas and an 8 piece buffalo wing. I would really stay away from this place!! The next day my entire family got sick with food poisoning! STAY AWAY!!

Kind of hard supporting independent owners when they are the reason for allowing bad product to leave their business especially when you have it delivered. Not cool opening up what you had a taste for looking dark brown and burnt black on the bottom, I just flip 1 over to show my frustration especially when I ordered this & pizza online for my kiddos and they didn’t even want to eat it.

They seemed to be behaving a bad night. I would have let that slide, but I waited almost an hour for my order. I had paid for the order when I first arrived and waited. Almost 40 minutes later they asked me for my name and told me they did not have an order under that name. Once they did finally find the order it was only warm since it had been sitting on the counter.
