A great fine dining experience, without all the stuffiness. I had a classic 8 oz filet and asked for medium rare. As you can see from the picture it was on target for most especially given that it was not 10 oz or larger. (I personally like mine slightly less cooked, but it was pretty damn close given the size)

I sat at the bar and ordered a drink (espresso martini), a steak with sides. Was served by a fantastic bartender who was very busy and excited to make me the espresso martini! She even showed me the brand of liquor that she raved about that would be used in it. The bartender did a great job balancing service at the bar, being friendly, chatting it up with anyone at the bar, keeping up with drinks for all the servers throughout the restaurant. She had lots of personality and a great work ethic and did it all with a smile. The food was fantastic and came out accurate and quickly even though the place was packed. This was a highlight of my trip, and I highly recommend making this a stop for locals and travelers.

I love the chophouse. Great steaks and the prices are so good. You can never be dissatisfied if you go here! Good selection of wines. The salads are amazing always! The horseradish crust makes your mouth water! A must stop if in Loveland. Recommend making a reservation!

Definitely a must EAT! Food was excellent and my filet was so tender you could almost cut it with a butter knife, cooked perfectly rare plus! The special was a citrus glazed salmon, and was wondeful. The dessert made my inner fat kid smile!Service was great and overall had an amazing time with friends. Parking is gona be your only challenge!

I ate here for the first time last night and it was absolutely wonderful. I had one of the best pork chops I’ve ever had. Others at my table had a steak and the scallops, both of which were fantastic. Our server was top notch. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I loved it and definitely will be back!
