Yeah please read all these reviews before eating here. Wingstop isn’t the best by a long shot but it’s familiar. As soon as my gf and I walked in we’re there wait a minute or 2 before anyone came to the counter. So we order and told that there’s a 50 min waiting time and we’ll we just want to eat. They have no sense of urgency about them and just hang around for another worker to actually do something. 1 couldn’t change the machine and stood by it waiting for another coworker to ask if they needed help and proceeded to just stand there and watch him do it, the place is not a efficient workplace or dine inn.

This location consistently disappoints. They have the longest wait time for orders , even the ones ordered on the app that say they are ready and I get there and it’s not ready. After all the wait the fries are cold and dark.

Took my husband & nephew to eat after they installed a fence & were very hungry. Sat second row from windows without shades & by the time the food came the sun was already hitting us. Took 45 minutes to get our order & the Buffalo wings were cold. Just a horrible visit all around. It was not comfortable in there at all. Either put some shades up or turn the a/c down. & idk why it takes so long to get order ready. 45 minutes for wings & fries isn’t acceptable, then to get one set that’s cold & I forgot to mention dry. Never going back

This has to be one of the worst wingstops I’ve ever been to. We got there and there was a waiting list of about 1hr and a half. Now, we get it that there’s orders by phone and online but I really think if you’re dinning inn they should have priority on those people. I know it’s a first come first serve but a bunch of online and phone in orders were just sitting there for a while and people took a long time to get there and pick up their order. Instead of telling the people that are dining inn that there is a long waiting period, they should tell that to people who order by phone or online. Something like “we are giving priority to the people who are dining in” instead of making them wait that long and still have their order wrong. Those orders in the pictures were there for almost 40 minutes. If they are going to take that long to pick up their order then the restaurant should have prioritized their time on customers dining in.

Bad customer service I was told they don’t answer their phones due to being too busy and have too many orders the least they could do is answer and let it be known. I waited 30 mins for Cajun corn when I was told it’d be a 5 min wait for it. After waiting 30mins for Cajun corn, 2 ranch, cheese dip and fry seasoning I still got home and had kissing items. Management needs to be taught how to train their employees properly for better faster service. The visit before I ordered a regular fry and large fry I got home I had more fries on my regular than the large. I’d stay away from this place.

I came to order food for my family and my order was supposed to be $10.68 and they charged me wrong Briana who I think is the night manager helped but I don’t recommend this place at all we were watiing for our food for 30 minutes and the employee had a piercing whitch was not professional and then we had said we ordered 3 drinks in total and they were like no you only got 2 and the recipt Cleary says 3…. they need better service and better communication tomorrow I’m coming to speak with Margie

Would give zero star if I could. I ordered a sandwich after a long shift. I got my sandwich 50 minutes later. Though there wasn’t many people in front of me, I understood and waited patiently. Then I went home and they completely forgot the pickles. I called the restaurant and asked for a solution, in which they responded that next time tell them to put pickles and double check before I leave the restaurant. Though the sandwich does come with pickles and I was supposed to get it. Asked if there was any other solution, and was told “I don’t know.” Super disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Talked to a girl named Briana, who was also the working manager, who forgot to include an entire order and when confronted she wouldn’t refund us and was very rude and unprofessional. She called us names and then hung up on us. Corporate really needs to look into training their employees properly. I would stay away from this place and order elsewhere
