Visited the restaurant and was delighted to be there. The cashier was very nice and helpful. This place is popular for what I seen with all the people in and out. Talked to a few of the customers to get a gauge on the restaurant because it was our first time there or any other US deli. We both ordered the 10 wing combo. Mild for one and Honey Mustard for the other. Flavors was good along with the fries. Now I will tell you this, if you don’t eat all of the food the same day and you have leftovers for the next day I would suggest putting the wings and fries in the oven instead of the microwave. The fries became more of a mushy frozen texture and wings wasn’t as good. We will definitely be back but will definitely eat everything the same day.

Got the Burger Combo with Honey Garlic Wings and Fruit Punch. Wings were good but everything else was okay if that. Burger was way over cooked and while it said 1/2″ patty it was two tiny burgers together. My buddy got the Philly sandwich as well and said it was okay. Would order wings from here again but nothing else.

This cashier is so rude. The food is good but this cashier serve is horrible. He can’t talk well over the phone I can’t hear anything he says bc he mumbles and then still get the order incorrect.

First time at this establishment. Have purchased from another US Wings and was taken aback by the atmosphere in this one. But the real kicker was the young gentleman taking our order. He definitely needs a new job. He was ABSOLUTELY non-existent in doing his job. He made you feel as if you were BOTHERING HIM!! Never like to see anyone lose their job but he needs to GO. He’s bad for their Business.

They refused to pour the drinks for my order! My doordasher was refused the drinks. I hope it wasn’t racially motivated. After spending over $51 on my to go order, I am without drinks I paid for as the owner would not let the acting manager pour the drinks… this is the very essence of poor service and we will never order again. By the way, I’m a local teacher. At least in my profession we understand what service means. Unbelievable.

We have been patrons of this restaurant for a long time but last night was the WORSE experience ever!! We initially called to place an order for pick up, but were told they were only accepting orders in person. We drove to the restaurant only to be told that the order we wanted was not available because they were closing within the hour. The cashier’s demeanor was very nonchalant and unprofessional. We ended up having to drive across town to another US wing location. We will not return to the scrabble road location.

I have never been to a place where you paid for extra meat and still got this less of food. I literally had 5 slices of gyro meat and that was extra meat. This was suppose to be a Philly cheese steak. Then they had the nerve to have a sign up that says no refunds or remakes. I see why. This location on Hardscrable I will never go there again. This is pathetic.

Its nasty inside. Bathroom was out of order, no way to wash your hands before or after eating. My daughter was given a cleaning disinfectant wipe !!! The food was nothing like the one on Broad River. I requested crispy and they were soggy. The fries were clearly fried in old grease.

The food is okay but the service is a little slow. Depending on the cashier sometimes they are friendly and courteous but not always. It’s always clean when I visit. The lemonades are always to syrupy or sweet.

I placed a to go order over the phone and specifically told them exactly what I wanted on my sandwich because I am allergic to mushrooms. My sandwich had everything on it. I called back calm and explained my sandwich was made wrong. The manager continued to cut me off and yelled you’re not getting free food and hung up in my face. I never once asked for my food to be free. I was trying to ask him could I just make another order but he was to busy yelling as if I placed my order wrong. Very unprofessional and I still remained calm. You cannot be in management of customer service treating paying customers like that.
