This Casey’s is probably one of the biggest that I’ve seen yet. There’s a little bit of everything here. If you’re craving some snacks this is definitely a good stop. Also if you need gas you can grab some while you’re waiting for a pizza as well. They got everything imaginable inside that store. If you’re craving something sweet or something sour or something hearty they got it here. The ad they got all kinds of drinks from water to soda to juice milk and many more. They even serve breakfast. To add, they make their own donuts as well. You can’t get more fresher than that. I suggest their breakfast pizza with bacon. It’s incredibly delicious and very satisfying. Finally, they have a touchless car wash that is my number one go to for getting my vehicle washed. The staff working car wash work very hard and do a great job. I always tip them on the way out. The facility is always clean and free of trash. The isles inside the store are clutter free and are always well stocked. Their public bathrooms are very clean and my wife has no problem using them as well.

Pretty disappointed that you make customers PAY $13 for a 1-GALLON gas can when it’s an emergency. I was trying to help a woman who ran out of gas and was stranded, and I was forced to purchase an over-priced gas can to help her. You should have a community gas can at the store instead of taking advantage of your customers. I’ve never been to a gas station that doesn’t have an emergency gas can available. Ridiculous. On top of that, your workers at the 72nd & Cornhusker store in Papillion, NE couldn’t have been more rude and unhelpful about the entire thing. The female cashier sarcastically telling me to “have a good night” after I expressed my opinion about the situation was completely uncalled for. I didn’t yell, I just said you guys should really have one on hand. Good thing people like your pizza, because your customer service is horrible.

Why did Casey’s bother to install an awesome flag pole in newer stores but don’t bother to display “Old Glory”? And I see this at other older locations as well who have a flag pole.

I ordered a delivery yesterday (Sunday May 14th) for 6:15PM at 2:59pm. Once the delivery was scheduled to arrive within the next 30 to 45 minutes, I got a notification through DoorDash saying “Your order has been modified or canceled” and sure enough, it was canceled. I called the store and was answered with a rude “Hello?” as if someone was answering their personal house phone. As I’m giving my information this person rudely says “Yeah our kitchen is closed.” You think that almost with a three hour window, I would be notified of this 30 to 45 minutes prior. The person I talked to was very unprofessional and if you’re going to close your kitchen, you shouldn’t have delivery times that aren’t going to work. I’m giving 1 star for the down right unprofessionalism of the entire process.

Horrible customer service. From cashiers more interested in playing on their phone while they are cashing you out to never having what you’re famous for and not being open over 30 minutes after they are supposed to. Don’t go here for an experience that will impress you!

We’ve been coming in this store for a few years. The older lady that works as a cashier. Is simply a very rude person. Needs a customer service class. This has been every time she has to wait on us. We will not be back.

I was just at 9971 s 71st and was in total shock at how the older cashier spoke to a customer. He was very rude and disrespectful after a customer asked for his $75.00 back because the pump wasn’t working. Older man, cashier, asked the younger cashier if it was correct. He nodded yes. The customer said I wasn’t lying. And the older cashier went off on him and said I never accused you of lying. I didn’t ring you up. And said even more to customer. At this point I was in complete disbelief of how the older cashier spoke to customer. I asked the younger cashier what the name was for the older cashier and he said he didn’t know. I said you work with him how can you not know. He said it’s only his second day there. I replied that the older cashier had no business working with people

The menu for the carwash has now changed and is a little complicated especially if you have to make a rush decision while other people are in line behind you. I asked the cashier which option cleans your tires to which she replied “I have no idea.” with about as much enthusiasm as a rock. I then asked her if maybe the other cashier might know but she didn’t bother to ask the other cashier nor did she try to find out. So I tried as best as I could to decipher the new menu options myself and then paid. I got the feeling from her that she doesn’t like her job and that attitude will drive away customers.

The men who were working the carwash did a phenomenal job. I had no cash to tip them, and am very upset that I had nothing to give them. I wish there was a Venmo, or a way to tip them with a card.

I hate giving one star because the cashiers are helpful and friendly! My biggest frustration is never having carwash books available.
