IF YOU FO NOT THINK PRESENTATION MATTERS. TRUST ME IT DOES. THE PRESENTATION ACCOUNTS BASICALLY FOR HOW YOUR FOOD IS HANDLED AND MADE AND HOW MUCH THEY CARE IN DOING BOTH. My mom and I decided to have lunch here on our way to work. During our order on the Drive-Thru we asked for utensils and the service agent that happens to be the manager, was really disrespectful, lacking basic manners and a kind of treatment that you would expect on a prison full of criminals. People really need to understand that no matter the service you provide, you have to be professional and understanding that is what separates us from animals, don’t go here you will find more amicable behavior in a zoo.

I’ve been to this location on a few occasions at their drive thru and every time I go there and ask for the fish sandwich they tell me it’s unavailable. They’re not saying it’s discontinued, they say it’s unavailable for the day. Until one day something inside me told me to go inside and speak to the manager about it because I didn’t think the lady that took my order was being truthful. It just so happens that the district manager was in there at the time. I spoke to him about it and come to find out they had it the whole time. The lady with the blonde hair that takes the orders at the drive thru didn’t even apologize to me for blatantly lying or anything. I’m not sure but I’m wondering if maybe race played a part in it because I’m African American and it’s a majority Latin area. I’m also wondering if I should pursue this with legal action. Anyways, horrible service and I will never go there again.

This Wendy’s is right next to my house so it should be convenient, right? Too bad this is the worst Wendy’s in Dade County. It never fails for them to fail. Either it’s the wrong item, missing food, or their printer is always broken so they can’t provide receipts. I’m pretty sure a receipt is standard, but nope. Not here. This place has even given me food poisoning. You would think at some point over the years, they would improve, but they never do. It sucks because Wendy’s is my favorite, but this location is awful. I’ve been waiting over 25 minutes in my car for my order with no receipt and the dining room is closed for some reason so I can’t even check on the order. I had to wait for an employee to come to the door who just said they needed more time. More time? Really???
