We were served by a blond supervisor today that was just mad at the world. She bristled at the customers and reamed her co-worker she was supposed to be helping. We got a big fly in the donut at the bottom of the bag. There’s lots of Dunkin’s in the area, maybe find a different one.

This used to be a favorite location that would make whatever coffee you wanted with a smile and a kind word. Not anymore. Don’t you dare make the mistake of ordering on the app and saying you’ll go through the drive through only to find it backing up into the road. I thought I would do the safer thing and walk inside to grab my coffee. I could see they were busy so I just patiently waited off to the side until a worker handed someone else their coffee and I asked for mine behind her real quick due to the above-mentioned situation. I tried to be quick and kind, the staff was still cheerful. However, the manager mumbled under their breath that it’s people like me who make the line longer by initially choosing drive through on the app and then not following through on this. I said I didn’t want to be in the road and thought I was being easier, I truly did. The manager walked away like I never said a thing. I will go to any other Dunkin’s than this one.

The slowest dunkin ever. Not that busy inside, and they still couldn’t get the orders right. The people in front of me and behind me (also mine) had their orders screwed up. Absolutely ridiculous. Plenty of staff on duty. Absolutely no reason for this. One worker has a bandaid on her arm constantly picking at it and then touching everyone’s stuff. Disgusting. Definitely won’t be back, according to the people around me, they won’t be either.

Just had a really rude older lady wait on us at Dunkin’s…not sure who because no name tag but I am ready to file a complaint. I have waited and waited and waited in that line (yesterday for 2 drinks over 5 min…no biggie as only 2 employees working) while they have taken their time to get stuff done because I know that they are understaffed and I’ve been very patient when they’ve messed up my order I’ve never said anything and here we couldn’t get my husbands app to work so I got mine to work it was all of about 45 seconds and she couldn’t wait… “you’re running up my timer, sir, do you have a payment?…I need a payment right now!”she was rude and nasty. Makes me not want to go back. It was uncalled for. I believe customers should be patient but so should the workers.

I just wanted to say thank you to the employees who were so kind when their espresso machine was down to give me my refund out of their own tips because they realized I was in a hurry ! Very generous and kind young man working fast food can be difficult and having patience to deal with people like me makes them all the better!

Stopped in to get a coffee. The sign on the front door said front door broken drive-thru only. Not a problem however I drive a tractor trailer I cannot fit through the drive-thru. They had no vehicles and drive-through at that moment so I walked. Lady was very rude. she cannot help walk UPS. Every Dunkin in the country will serve a truck driver who walks up to the window because they know that we can’t fit. I will not be returning to this Dunkin. I can understand if they were busy And I walked up to the window in between vehicles. However they had no customers at the moment. There are like 9 people working on the inside if the lobby is closed you don’t need that many people. Possibly the worst Dunkin I’ve been to.

I came here this morning because I wanted to have my morning donut. Was told they had no donuts. 11:30 in the morning and Dunkin has NO donuts?! Never heard of such a thing. Won’t be back here.
