All I wanted was a pumpkin iced coffee, after waiting 25mins was given NOT an pumpkin iced coffee but some other pumpkin thing I didn’t want and was then told I had to go inside to refund or replace it where I would have had to wait another 25 mins in line to do that. So glad the first time I don’t make coffee at home in probably a year was an awful experience. Will never go to a dunkin ever again. It’s not even worth the quality for what you pay or waste time on.
