This was not a good experience. The food took a long time to be ready and then my drink order was incorrect once I finally received my food. I had to go back inside and wait another 5 mins or so just to get someone to fix the drink order. The food taste wise was fine. There were several other people waiting inside for their orders or who had issues in the drive thru. The staff were all working quick but communication between them could make the workflow much better.

Don’t go here unless you have a hour or so to spend. The first time we went to this location it was incredibly slow. It was recently opened so we didn’t think anything of it. The food was good, but it actually took us a hour from walking in the door to getting our food.

We went here after we got off work and ordered on the app. They were having some trouble finding our order but I let them see the order on my app and they made it super quick. The guy at the window kept apologizing and was super nice. I always have good experiences here. Much appreciated guys!

The staff are always extremely kind to me and I’ve never really had problems with speed of food coming out like others have stated, however I am vegetarian so every time I go the entire order has no meat. Yet somehow every single time there’s at least one item that is made incorrectly and has meat in it. I waited a while to leave a review bc I thought maybe it was just because they were such a new establishment but I’ve ordered from here at least five times now with the same thing happening so :/

Omg what is wrong with the taste of the only thing I ever get from here !!! The Mexican pizza with No beans it tastes like cleaning product or some kind of chemical. I tried the new Watermelon Lemonade Freeze either these to items don’t mix well with my tasted buds or something is in this food! I get the same Mexican Pizza no beans forever I know how it normally taste. I’ve gotten it from this location 3 times since they opened never a issue before today! So I go back around the drive through easier for me since I’m handicap and was dressed all crazy thinking this was going to be a quick run down the street and back home. I explained that something tastes off or a chemical taste about my food also said it could be me because I got the new drink maybe they don’t mix well these together since this is a new promo happy hour drink. They were very nice about replacing the pizza and I didn’t drink anymore of that drink either but Same exact taste with second pizza and allergic reaction to the inside of my lips followed by a headache!!!! So what the heck is going on with the Mexican Pizza with no beans or this dang Watermelon lemonade freeze 5/28/23 at 3:01 pm when I placed my order. Got home took some Benadryl to calm my mouth down from tingling. A complete waste of time and money I’m still hungry and now my mouth and head hurts.

I have ordered from this restaurant four times since they have opened this location. All four times they have managed to screw up my order and only give me part of my food after spending 40+ dollars each time. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I understand one mistake, But not every single time you go there. This is done out of complete carelessness/ disrespect to the customers who keep their doors open. Save yourself a headache and go next-door to McDonald’s!!!!

Anytime we order a cravings box, they just throw everything in a bag. The last two orders I’ve been short what I had ordered. It’s really hard to sort out what you’re missing. I usually count what’s in the bag but trying to figure out what you’re short is a pain without just spreading it all out on the counter.
