This is an awful store. I mean everytime I go in there it’s always something! It’s always one worker by his self trying his hardest to keep up. Today, Owner and wife stood outside about 20-25 mins smoking cigarettes while it was one worker, then he proceeds to come in didn’t even wash his hands, and started working on orders. They’re cleaning around the food. We set around for and hour and 30 min, along with 4 other people who did online orders. They need to be shut down! The place has ran down since the last owner passed! It’s ridiculous. Come to find out after we left They didn’t even pass they health inspection and as of today I see why! Will not be back!

I am leaving this review because the owners are clueless and honestly need the franchise revoked. We stopped in on Sunday after 1pm. We expected to have a short wait due to the day and time. There were about 7 to 10 people in the restaurant when we arrived several more arrived after we did. Problem being only 1 worker handling everything like a pro. He was very polite, apologetic and as efficient as possible. As we stood waiting patiently in line for about 40 minutes because he also had online orders coming in that he had to make. When your waiting that long you have time to chit chat and look around. This store had 9 visible cameras which the owners could view yet no help arrived. We noticed a couple approach as we waited they stayed outside smoking for about 15 minutes before coming in. Another customer said oh here’s the owners. What are you kidding me….First you sat outside to smoke knowing your only worker was slammed. 2nd you were in a tank top undershirt(commonly known as a beater)that was sweat drenched because Jacksonville temp was in the upper 90’s and you just sat in the sun for 15 minutes. You then walked behind the counter NEVER washed your hands put on gloves, that you touched with dirty sweaty cigarette smelling hands to pull them out of the box to then put them on your hands and started making sandwiches. …. To the submaker you were 10 stars and deserve a raise. You will be an asset at any company you work at. The owners need to lose their franchising because they have 0 respect for the employees, the customers or the subway brand itself.

Rowe’ shopping area on Dunn Ave, suite 330. Went there @ 11:39 on Thurs 5/18 for my lunch hour. The door was locked with no sign stating there’s closed. A worker just stood behind the counter and watched me through the door. I was late going back to work with NO lunch! This is not the 1st time this has happened. BAD BUSINESS

First time I’ve ever been to a Subway and had to tell them how to make my sandwich step by step then I was told they don’t know how to wrap the rap or what all goes on a sweet onion and teriyaki so I ordered the footlong rap to try to give me one thing of me then I had to tell them that it takes two then they asked me what should I do next will usually people put the sweet onion sauce on it and a cheese when I was asked what kind of cheese do you want I said the white American and return they said we have a couple different white cheeses is it the one with the holes on it I replied no then which one you want the white American and I just end up pointing to one the most horrible feeling ever is when somebody’s making your food that don’t know how to make it and then you can even hear the gentleman talk they’re both telling me they don’t know what they’re doing and I still had to pay get home apparently something wasn’t made right because it did not taste right end up throwing the subway please avoid this Subway at all costs

Has to be the worst subway yet. I got there an hour and 15 min before closing and you would have thought they have already closed. The one and only employee had started already putting things up and was upset he had to make my subs. I spent over 54.00 for poor service and couldn’t even get no toppings because they were already put up!! This is very unprofessional and unacceptable!! I will not recommend this subway. Bad enough you have a sign that states no talking on phone when making an order. Maybe it should read we can’t make your order because we don’t believe in customer service!!!!!!

Used to go at least 3 times a week for lunch until probably 2 months ago or 6 weeks with new employees this place went downhill from the service to the quality of food. I tried 3 more times and finally last week I just decided not to go there ever again until they change the employees. They get bothered as soon as you walk in.. people dont like their job should find something else or stay at home.
