Just stopped in for a quick coffee on the way between Dayton and Columbus. Needed to download some offline Google Maps. The wifi was great. The coffee and the maple donut I ordered tasted delicious. My sons had the Dragon Fruit refresher and they both liked it. The location is very close to I-70 which is convenient. Recommended!

Usually good food & service. Today, not so much. As usual, I placed my order using the Dunkin’ app. When I arrived, there was a sign stating the frozen machine was broken. I was told I had to request a refund on the app. I couldn’t find that anywhere. The employees didn’t know how to access that either. Then I was told I’d have to wait for the manager to issue the refund, and it might take a while. I’ll never use the app again.

Ordered off their app and showed up for my order was told I didn’t have an order and then they insisted it was a door dash order and I needed to come inside. I said it wasn’t door dash and I ordered off their app and showed them the order on my phone. They then said I ordered grub hub and gave me a bag . I was clear across town when I looked at the order on the bag and go figure wrong order. I drove back across town and went inside and when someone decided to wait on me I told them what happened she then said that I don’t have an order so I showed her my phone and said I do have an order , she then stated they don’t have an order for me and chose to turn away from me and start messing with something else. So I raised my voice and said you need to fill this order or refund me. The manager then came over and said she wants to diffuse the situation and asked what’s wrong . I showed her the order to which she started to fill and said to the employees that they switch mine and the grub hub order. So rude to first not listen when I initially stated it wasn’t a door dash or grub hub order and pretty much acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and then acting like it was my fault the orders were messed up. I deleted the app.

Ordered the breakfast taco with bacon. There was only one bite of food in the soft taco shell… at first glance, it looked empty. Not at all as full as pictured. Shame on this Dunkin Donuts establishment. I’m glad we were just passing through and won’t need to stop here again.

As a traveler, traveling through, this dunkin was good. I had no complaints about my food nor drink. Everything was tasty. The area was clean, and the parking lot was nice and spacious (I’ve been to some tiny dunkins).

Always ask for a Receipt. I typically work a 12 hr shift and the morning crew gets me right with my coffee -Shout Outs To: Anita-Aarin-Izzy-Meghan for distributing genuine customer service an food etiquette. I’ve stopped in midday for some food and. Pretty much ALWAYS ask for a Receipt. When I was dealing with an issue pertaining to my food from Night shift. My argument couldn’t hold due to me not having a Receipt (food yes but receipt no)(an she did credit me for the value )-granted I didn’t ask for one but usually drive-thrus give it out. SO.-Always ask for a receipt and check your bag before leaving. Ultimately I will come again.

We stop here, at least once a week. We live close, and this is the only Dunkin in town. Their frozen machine is down more than it works. This is the second one in the almost 5 years I have lived here. The staff has changed since covid. The managers have come and went. This store lacks training. If you place an online order and they do not have what you ordered, there is no substitution. If the frozen machine is not working, do not make it available to order. If you do not have donuts or munchkins, do not tell people. “Oh well.” If you ordered online, then get in the line (inside is rarely open) and wait 10-20 minutes, and they are out, or the machine is broken. There should be a better answer. Oh, and if not, no Dunkin will not refund you money at the store.
