We ordered from doordash, and arrived 5 to 10mins after our pickup time. No one was at the counter when we got there. However, there was 2 or 3 guests waiting to be serviced. I asked if they had been helped, one man just chuckled and shook his head. So I said “excuse me” to get the attention of the girl working the window. This lady looked at me, rolled her eyes, and gave me the wait a min finger. I proceeded to tell her that we ordered through doordash. She reluctantly looked at the only bags sitting on their counter and asked for our names. The food was ours, but we were missing one. She brought the food over to us and put them on the counter with her back turned and told us we had to wait. We had already been in the store for 15mins. It took them 30mins to make the other order. They literally caused the inside line to be backed up and there were barely any customers at the drive thru window. None of the employees were wearing name tags btw…and there were no names on our receipts. And none of them were friendly. Anyway, my soda tasted like acid….so I informed the same lady that the machine may need to be checked. She came back 5mins later to tell me that the machine was fine, that’s just how the drink tastes. So I exchanged my drink for something else. I barely eat at taco bell…my food was free…cant pass up free food in this economy…but I WILL NEVER go to this location again. Plus the lobby was dirty. This location needs to close ♀️

They have never completed my order correctly. Going through drive thru, I never receive the complete order. I have either one or two items missing every time. They are also extremely slow. They make you either pull forward and wait 10 to 15 minutes before your very simple order is delivered or do this weird thing where they make you back up in the line and wait I’ll they wave you forward.

I’m so disappointed! I got out of work at 10pm tired and hungry. I go to Taco Bell and they mess up my order big time! I payed 16.50 for 2 steak chalupas and a 5 dollar cravings box and I didn’t even get that! I got two soft shell tacos with a crunchy shell inside, a crunchy taco and two quesadilla tacos and I didn’t even get my receipt! We tried not to make a big deal out of it and just eat it but the tostadas smelled horrible and were so soggy, they looked like they were soaked in water for hours!!! They have messed up my order 3 times already this being the third!!

Worst Customer Service. Manager on Duty was yelling at customers. Average wait times for this location is 30 minutes. One time I even ordered online 30 minutes prior to arrival and after an additional 35 minutes (so now over an hour wait). The food was NOT ready. There was no one taking orders, and the entire staff was ignoring the customers waiting.

I would like to say thank you to the cashier Maryland for making our recent visit a pleasant one. It’s been a long time since I came here due to poor staff attitudes. I guess things haven’t changed much as the manager Jenna, who had to confirm my cash kept looking at us in disgust for having to verify my 100 dollar bill was authentic or not. People like that make me not want to visit these places and leave reviews like this.
