I just waited ten minutes in the drive through without anyone saying anything. I pulled around and the front doors were locked before 4pm and two girls leaving the parking lot. There was no sign anywhere that they had closed early, and other cars went to the drive through after me. This is unacceptable, and plain rude. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Here is our drinks after returning them once. We got brown sugar oat milk shaken expressos. I am not paying $6 for a glass of foam, the staff here needs to be trained to make drinks correctly. I will not be going to this Starbucks again as it has been a persistent issue. We even talked to an employee who was extremely rude and unprofessional, she said it was the correct way to make it. This seems odd since every other Starbucks makes it without half a glass of foam. I regret wasting money here.

I actually prefer this Starbucks over the other ones I have been to. Don’t have to sit in a line for 5-10 minutes when I can already be on my way with my order. The hot beverages are always great and they don’t taste like cough medicine the way some Starbucks make it. The frappe’s are on point as well. The hot foods is good, staff is friendly and professional. My only concern, and it’s not the teams’ fault, is that there are times where they may be out of stock with an ingredient from time to time. Besides that, I’ll continue doing business with this location.

I typically don’t go to SB bc I don’t care for their hot drinks. I needed to break a bill and went to BK 1st who was out of everything I attempted to order, which is how I ended up at SB. Their cold drinks myself and SO got were delicious and the service was fantastic. Even though they too were out of 1 of the items we purchased, their attitude was significantly better than BK was and they offered us alternatives to that particular item too. Great location & service!

The last two days I have went up to the counter and the guy stood with his back towards me the whole time. After standing and waiting for him to turn around I tried to get his attention by saying excuse me really loud but he would not even turn around. He was acting like he was doing something but he wasn’t because I walked around the side to see what he was doing. I think you need to hire someone that wants to work or you will be loosing a lot of money if he does this to everyone. Another lady tried to order something a few minutes after I walked away and she ended up leaving as well.
