This place is ALWAYS MESSING UP MY ORDERS! I never write reviews but these people are the WORST! They have on almost every occasion forgotten a part of my order: hash browns, wraps, donuts just to name a few. They have given me stale munchkins, and cold cream filled coffee when I always only order black. I don’t know who they have had working there during the early afternoon for the last 6 months, but they are all incompetent idiots.

I guess only their “friends” were allowed the special treatment to be inside, everybody else was locked out and had to wait in the long drive through line. Franchise owners should really check in on their store operations from time to time to see the terrible ways in which their workers run the business.

I went to the drive thru to pick up 5 bagged ground coffee for 2:00. Apparently because I was 6 minutes early wasn’t going to get my order quickly. So I pulled around & parked for 5 minutes! The kid cane out to tell me I could pull thru & so I did, apparently he couldn’t have just gave it to me where I was parked. He showed me the bag of coffee I ordered, but I didn’t see it was whole bean till I got home. Called 3 time’s & finally someone picked up! I got some lame excuse & was told to bring it back for an exchange! I sent my husband to do it. I was too tired from work!

Ordered a small coffee and donut which they had almost no donuts available. In regards to the coffee it never comes with enough sugar to my liking which is understandable so asking for extra sugar packets the girl hands me these nasty probably old stained with coffee sugar packets with writing scribbled on them. No manager to complain or notify. When calling I explained it to whoever answered they said basically I have no idea what’s going on mo apology no accommodation just basically oh well I have no idea what your talking about.

I usually don’t like to leave poor reviews. I went in today to pick up my mobile order, and the older man saw me but did not acknowledge me. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked if they had my order ready. The older guy ignored me, and went back to giving his attention to the drive thru. That’s when I decided to just cancel my order. After multiple attempts to get his attention he finally stops and says “I can’t, I’m busy.” I get that they’re short staffed, but that’s no way to talk to a customer. There was a younger man that said he was in training, and he did try to help but did not have the proper training on how to make a sandwich. So my complain is not with the trainee. I’ve had other bad experiences, and usually there has been a manager on duty to make it right. Not sure if the older guy is a manager now. When I asked for his name he had his back turned on me ,and said over his shoulder what sounded like “shit.” I repeated what I heard to confirm and he nodded. I called corporate about this incident and they said they’re going to look in to this. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.

Stopped here for a quick coffee treat for my hubby and I after parent teacher confrences. The first gentlemen we interacted with couldn’t really help us make our decision. He didn’t know what any of the things we asked him about tasted like so he couldn’t give us any recommendations. Another woman helped us out after we made our decisions. My husband placed his order separately I placed my order and was charged more than my husband. Both items were of the specialty Christmas group his was actually more expensive because he added a shot of espresso. when I brought that to the cashiers attention she changed the pricing and corrected the issue. However I believe they messed up my husband order because my order came out first. They failed to tell us that and my husband started drinking the coffee they put on the counter thinking it was his since he placed his order first. When the second order came up I picked it up and took a sip and instantly knew I was drinking peppermint and not Carmel. We spoke to the women and she told us we were right he had mine and I had his. We did ask the young lady if the peppermint beverage my husband ordered would be sweet her response was yes. It was not. I ordered the caramel craze and was very disappointed. I did not taste caramel the way that something named that implies. If anything’s it was from the small amount of Carmel on the top of the whipped cream. I did not have a bad experience with either employee I would just suggest that employees are trained with a little more knowledge of what they’re selling. Also let your customers know when their order comes up.
