Ordered my food and was told to pull up to one of the spots. I waited over 15 minutes for the food (they were not busy, or I would have understood). I called and asked about the food. The person just chuckled and said, “I see it, I’ll have it right out.” I waited another 5 minutes, and it came out, but they forgot another part of the meal. Again, I waited another 5 minutes before they came out. Again, I would understand if they were busy, but they weren’t. Not to mention, they forgot the straws and sauce. I did get 2 coupons for waiting so long lol. I know that at this location, it is mostly teenagers but c’mon man.

At night, it feels like they ignore you at the drive thru on purpose. Have waited and waited, multiple times, even when I was the only car in either line. Tonight, I said something at the window. The girl closed the window and said something very vulgar. I told her I could hear her. No apology. I didn’t pay and declined the food.

First time in about 5 visits my order was correct! Perhaps some training was conducted and is paying off? Fries are nice and salty today and still taste a little cardboard as McDonald’s fries do (my opinion). They are also a little mixed of overcooked and flimsy, as if they are not shaken when they are suppose to while frying. Beef patty looks like it’s on the line of undercooked to fully cooked. Nuggets are good as one expects.

We ordered a Burrito Meal and an order of hotcakes. Burritos were made wrong, it took 23 minutes to get our food through the drive through after we got to the second window. When Alicia, the manager, came to the window, she was incredibly rude and continued her insulting mumbles as she walked away to find our order.

Please…stop giving us food that has sat under heat lamp! Items should be prepared fresh for each customer. I ordered several $1 items as with the chicken sandwich. Chicken patty was so dried out & hard that I couldn’t even chew it. The bun as well was hard, dry & almost toast like from being under the heat lamp too long. Fries, stale & tasted like stagnant oil

Waiting in the lobby,no line,10 plus minutes before anyone even said hi. Just had a pick up order,all spots outside are full and I did not get a link to check in. As I was leaving the mgr said not our fault you didn’t check in after I explained there’s no spots and no check in to do. Get better,all you had to do was say hello in the first place.
