Literally WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve only been here twice on my way to work and not only are the employees rude, but they are always low on products, consistently mess up order, and they are very unfriendly. My last straw was my second visit(today), when I went through the drive thru and the person on the speaker (mind you also very difficult to understand), spoke in a very rude tone. They stated all of the things they were out of and it got to the point I just drove away. Mind you, I too have a thick accent as I am polish but it was very difficult to understand the person on the speaker. I’m severely disappointed with the new management at this place

Girl with the pretty face and tattoo on her hand was nice eye candy … beyond that this place is horrible … 20 min wait for a sandwich and a coffee when there was minimal drive thru customers and 3 ppl in the lobby. Avoid… unless you have an extra half hour to waste in your life for burnt coffee.

This is consistently the worst dunkin I have been to. Every time I go through they will get something wrong without fail. It mostly seems like they can not make sandwiches right, the past two time I have gone my sandwich has been wrong. First it was missing the bacon and adding cheese, I asked for no cheese and it showed that on the recipe. And most recently they put sausage instead of the black pepper bacon on the black pepper bacon sandwich.

I usually come here for dinner because I work in the Plaza, and I work evening shift usually. A Month or two ago, everything was fine, the employees were very nice, service was great and fast, and I never got the wrong order. However, a whIle ago, I’m not sure if there was a change in mangement or something, but all of the old employees left and new ones came in. Since then, it’s only been going downhill. The new workers barely understand english, have extremely thick accents, and if they don’t get your order wrong, they don’t come up at all, sometimes I’ve had to call out for someone to come from the back, and I’ve come in to seeing lines with most of them on their phones, even behind the counter. Lastly, today (Tuesday Nov 23) I went in at 6:40, and they close at 8, yet they were already closing up and taking stuff off the shelves and had shut down the sandwich section.

This place is absolutely the worst. I last came here a month ago and it took an hour to get my order. Now I understand the drive thru speaker was broken and all, but an hour??? So I went again today because it was just more convenient and ordered an Iced coffee and plain bagel. Got the coffee right away but then waited 35 minutes for the bagel. They asked me to park out front and I asked if that was really necessary for a plain bagel. They said yes. So I sat and waited . And waited. Of course they never came out. This location sucks

Young man working the register today august 19th at around 315 pm was very rude at the speaker when taking my order and at the window. He then proceeds to sneeze in his hand and make food which came out soggy and and undercooked. I also heard him saying about how he doesnt care if he gets fired while he was making the food. Don’t waste your time here not the first time i have an issue here go to honey dew or a different dunkin instead.
