This is the “$20 box”, pathetic. Made me pull up ahead of the window so 4 other cars could get their food (about 10-15 minutes). Food barely warm horrible quality (coming from a life long kfc fan). And completely forgot to give me my $5 large mashed potatoes. This location will be close within a year unless new management steps in. I won’t be back.

The chicken tenders were not cooked through. The better fell off the chicken tenders. When I pick them up of the container and the kids would not eat them. They were the latest tan color I have ever seen! I ended up spending $50 on a dinner that I can’t get anyone to eat.

No experience with the atmosphere as I’ve only gone in the drive thru. The chicken is pretty good for the price, which is to say not great but not terrible. Their drive thru sensor doesn’t pick up motorcycles, so I always have to pull up to the window to order.

I decided to try their new $20 fill up Box to have for a snack for 4 of us on Friday evening and when we got it home, the 4 biscuits were missing. Well, I was not happy, as that was a big part of that Box. I got the receipt out and called them twice and no one answered. On top of the missing biscuits, the chicken nuggets and FF were so salty that we weren’t able to eat them. It will be a long, long time before I will do business with them, as this was not the first time they have messed up my order. The management and staff should care more about their jobs and their customers.

This KFC needs to either be closed or change hands. We have had a few bad experiences, but decided to give them another shot tonight. Placed an online order for pickup, showed up at the pickup time and they acted shocked when I walked in. They hadn’t even started the order. While standing there waiting, one of the employees proceeded to talk about smoking weed on his break and then asked me if I smoke. He continued asking odd questions that were rather uncomfortable. The food was overcooked, sauces missing from the bag, chicken had definitely not been fresh. To say the least, we will not return to this location.

This place is ridiculous. I ordered my meal, drove home only to find my order was missing several items I was charged for. I called and was told to come back and they would have the missing items for me. I should up to pick it up and was told they were out and I could accept items I didn’t order instead or I could wait twelve minutes for them to replace the stuff I actually ordered. I would recommend going somewhere else. Chicken shack is just up the road. I think I’ll be taking my business there in the future.

Went in around 1:30 with my fiancé. Wasn’t greeted when we walked through the door. The gentleman that helped us looked stoned and couldn’t even hear what he was saying. When we went to sit down all but three tables where dirty and the floor had trash on it. We where the only ones in the restaurant and no one in the drive-thru. Food didn’t even taste fresh. It tasted old. There was no one cleaning up the place. There were two ladies gossiping and the gentleman disappeared. We weren’t even acknowledged when we left.

Went in for the diablo promo. I ordered my sandwich ahead, but the people I went with had not. There were a few issues with their order, but staff made it right after a few trips to the counter for missing items. I definitely recommend the chocolate chip cake.

Looked up menu on line. Ordered $5 fill up, 1 leg and 1 thigh at drive thru. Supposed to come with a side. Wow. It’s $8.50 at the drive thru! Person said $5 is only if I order online. Does NOT say that in the menu. Canceled my order and left. KFC lost a customer.
