Count your days Domino’s Pizza this is the second worst experience, last time we ordered pizza the delivery dude literally gave us somebody’s totally different order try to come back and switch it without replacing the order .( after delivering ours to another home ,theirs to ours not knowing if anyone touched it) in that process when he delivered the first time he hit a cat and didn’t even care , the guy laughed about it when I asked if he just hit that cat, it was our neighbors cat we had to deal with that situation. Domino’s on Cleveland highway is the worst. -5 out of 10

A miserable grease-pit that can’t even provide enough uniforms when asked, where half your co-workers can’t show up for their jobs reliably, and the other half can’t rinse a dish before putting it in the sink. Then, you have one bad night, where you get ticked off over not being told about a last-minute schedule change (after many other schedule changes), and they fire you because they’re too weak to handle a simple raised voice for a few seconds. Don’t eat here, and definitely don’t work here.

I put in an order over an hour and half and called to check on it not once but TWICE!! The manager you have running this establishment is VERY DISRESPECTFUL, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND WAY TO IMMATURE TO BE IN A LEADERSHIP POSITION. She then canceled my order against my request after her telling me I would have to pay AGAIN and wait 3-5 days for the FIRST charge. After waiting 2 hours now at 8pm I have to figure dinner out for 6 kids. I will NEVER order from them again!! BY FAR THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER ORDERED FROM!

The whole place was quite scattered. We placed our order at 6:00-6:30 p.m. on the website, we also had to completely redo imputing our order because the website would not allow us to make the transaction. Around 7:02 it said our order was being quality checked. Fast forward to 7:58 and it’s still being quality checked, that is when we get suspicious. We call in and we are notified that the delivery time was expected to be in four hours due to the football game happening tonight. They had our phone number and could have notified us any time sooner, but chose not to. So, we leave to go pick it up. We get there and are notified that they had to toss our whole order out because it exceeded the health and safety time limit. We had to wait about 20 minutes for everything to be remade and then we left. We get home, get into our food, and then realize that one of the custom pastas we had ordered lacked any sauce. The pasta had everything that was supposed to be in it, but completely lacked sauce. This is no joke. We checked how the custom pasta works and no matter what, some sort of sauce, Alfredo by default, should have come with it. We’re incredibly disappointed in their disorganization of this establishment. Why would you make the food if it was expected to be delivered in four hours? Why would you not contact us upon making our food and knowing it will take four hours to be delivered? How does your lack of initiative benefit anyone? Please do better in the future.

I’m not eating here ever again. The food is fine, but I’m allergic to cinnamon. I like their garlic twists, but TWICE now, they’ve given me cinnamon twists instead. And this time I went in. And yes, I had a little Karen moment when I went in.

So this is the worse service on more than one occasion we have waited hours 2 hours to get food and I have had to call to ask where it was and all they did was also the food was cold and they still charged me. Never ordering again from there there I always some problem every time.
