Super meh. Great atmosphere and the hostess was very accommodating and helpful; beyond that I was a bit disappointed. I love fine dining and have no problem paying for an expensive meal but upscale prices should come with fine dining quality service. Points of service were horrible – drinks came out after food, timing between courses was really bad. The crab soup blew me away with taste and presentation but the crab cakes were hella disappointing. Cocktails were hit or miss – one had great taste and presentation; one cocktail was served in a pint glass and chunks kept getting stuck in my straw? This restaurant has great potential but they should step some areas up.

Seasonal upscale state only sourced cuisine at a reasonable price. It also is a wine and liquor tasting spot as well as a market. Best of all worlds in one building. Staff and food are excellent.

We were having lunch at the bar. They were very busy, but the bartender greeted us immediately and said she’d be right with us. The food was amazing! We had the Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts and the calamari appetizers. We also had the Spiced Salmon Tacos & the Crab Cake Sandwich. Sofia, was our bartender and she was friendly & and makes a great Caipirinha. Darren, one of the new owners came right up to us and introduced himself & wanted to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, which it was. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Beautiful place, great interior design. Very clean and cozy. The small shop attached to the restaurant portion has a fun selection of specially goods while the restaurant offers some lovely dishes and great service. Loved the cocktails although some were rather pricey. Can’t wait to come back!

A few recommendations would be to be more family friendly on a Sunday. Their brunch menu doesn’t have anything for kids like pancakes or waffles. Really wish the menu was more inclusive so we would have a family brunch spot locally vs. Heading into DC/VA. We order the chicken and waffles for the kids and they didn’t touch the chicken only the waffles. I would have paid $10 for waffles only per kid. This would bring in more families and increase foot traffic on the weekend.
