We went to try out the new ice cream slush thing that they have and were not disappointed. Theuvare really good. Katie was our server in the drive through and she was super friendly and up beat! Very friendly and talked to us as if she had known us forever. I called to compliment her to her manager who I believe said her name was Ashley and she was also incredibly friendly and polite. She sounded ready and eager to help even before she knew I was calling to compliment them and not to complain. Great experience all around afterb a kinda a rough emotional day!! Ordered by pushing red button, but they couldn’t hear me so came to car to get order. I ordered blackberry shake, they gave me shake and I asked if it was blackberry, had no hint of blue or color in shake, she assured me it was blackberry. When I got home and gave it to husband he said it was just a vanilla shake. I was so upset for believing this lady. I was not given any receipt in bag. This is not the first time they have gotten order wrong. So dissatisfied with this sonic.

I stopped in yesterday (sat) 8/5/23. I do this multiple times during the year. I get a breakfast burrito for the road. The drive through was backing up. A employee brought my order out when I was 3 cars back. The burrito was a joke for $3.70. I showed her when I got to the window. She said oh well, I don’t make them. First time ever I wish I would have gone to McDonald’s. No more Sonic ??

Just left the Sonic here in Emmett and had my kiddos, husband, brother in law and his friends. We stopped to get ice cream after a long trip, and my shake was made incorrectly. When I asked the girl to remake it, she said “I can get you a small cup of m&Ms” I politely tried to tell her that was unacceptable and I would like it remade properly, she then gave me attitude and said “well we only have 3 people on” to which I responded ” I understand that and how frustrating it can be, but that’s not an excuse to make an order wrong, so can you please remake the peanut butter m&m shake” to which she responded rudely “well we will see if I can get it remade or not” and gave me a nasty look along with a smirk. The GM however did bring me out a new one and apologize for it being wrong the first time, I just hope something gets done about the rude employee. There shouldn’t of been a big deal about remaking a shake.

Yesterday 07/31 my wife and I went to our local sonic to get cold drinks and a sonic blast. Order took over 25min to arrive. When my wife looked at her Sonic blast she realized there were stickers on the bottom of the cup and that the cup was leaking ice-cream all over the seat and the cup holder. I peeled one of the stickers off and the cup was SPLIT completly across the bottom!!! This means an employee KNEW the cup was busted and instead of getting a new cup or just putting another cup over the bused one. They tried to COVER IT UP and sent it out anyway. So I went to the door and showed the cup to the employee, she stated she would get the manager, cause she couldnt just give us another cup.. REALLY. So the manager shows up and this is where things took a turn for the obserd. WIth a very RUDE tone she ask “Whats the problem?” I showed her the cup and her response was ” DO you want your food on time or not!” I said, cant you atleast put it in another cup? “She said “NO we don’t do that!!! HAVE A GOOD DAY!!!” She then turns around and slams the door…She was the evening manager that night and I beleive her name is Alize. This is not the first time I have had a rude response from this manager, about a year ago she was allowing some of her “friends” to blast base music in the parking lot. She was very rude then as well.. While I was there a group admitted they had waited an HOUR for thier food…Place is going to hell and I suspect she may be one fo the main reasons.
