Gave us the wrong drink, twice. And despite giving them a tip they’re still super indifferent to you even being there. Starbucks is more expensive, but at least their customer service isn’t trash. I even tried calling customer service and they passed me off to the franchisee, and they’ve yet to contact me back. Garbage, hot garbage.

My experience was horrible, i placed a mobile order and i ordered a bacon avocado sandwich, ice coffe and a boston cream donut. The coffe was horrible i had to ask for splenda, the sandwich only had avocado with no flavor and 1 slice of bacon cutting in 3 pieces, the bread wasn’t toasted and was very hard, and i get a different donut!!! All my order was messed up. This was my 1st time eating in this DD and the last!! I been in others DD before and everything is really good!

For one, their customer service is always great any time I have went. But I wanted to touch base on my purchase today with them. I don’t go to Dunkin often because I eat at home as often as possible. But I didn’t have breakfast today and was hungry and needed something to satiate my stomach enough to go to the gym. I ordered these stuffed bagel bites after becoming curious to seeing them on the menu. I asked the young lady if they were good and if she had them. I got the everything stuffed bagels with her recommendation. Definitely will be now my go to snack or meal if I need something light but easy to eat! It was exactly what I needed ! So warm, the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft inside!

Requested cold foam and the cashier very rudely said they didn’t have any, didn’t make eye contact. But when my sister and friend placed their order after me, they requested cold foam and were granted the request. The gal was very short with us, made us feel like an inconvenience. And tried to rush us out the door before we finished receiving our order.

I got the new rasberry refresher with lemonade instead of green tea and asked for extra flavor syrup. when pulled to window they already had made it…it was unusually quick…well, they gave me green tea instead….they didnt want to go and fix it so they just passed it back. i got the chicken crissant sandwhich…it was cold! lately they have not been getting order right…they need to hire people who actually care about customers and their job. worst dunkin ever!

Horrible when I asked for some more milk they called me entitled and threaten to call the cops on me because I was holding the line up. Then balled her first at me and said I’m a bout to. So I said about to what?? So I asked for the managers number and they refused to give it to me. As I left they both hung out the window screaming boy bye at me. The immaturity I got for asking for milk on the side not even to remake my drink

They NEVER have change so they’ll just keep it. I understand that mistakes happen people with new people and orders may get mixed up or made incorrectly or not to your liking. But NEVER having change to give to customers that pay cash is nothing but laziness and poor management.
